Sofra Mediterranean Grill - Sunnyside - Photo album

I recommend giving this place a chance by eating their food at the location. Never got lucky with ordering take out. At the location though, food is pretty good and portions are sufficient. Service is very amateur but who cares, you go there for food.
AMAZING restaurant with delicious food and wonderful employees!!! The people there are super attentive and caring. Had a spectacular evening with a group of friends! Will DEFINITELY be returning!
It’s a good Turkish restaurant around this neighborhood. The food was good and the people over here are really friendly. We took the calamari fry as appetizer and it was okay. Not exceptional We took the mixed grill platter and everyone loved the kebabs in it. There was a weekend special lamb leg.
I have tried a few of the Turkish restaurants in sunny side but Sofra exceeds them in terms of taste. We ordered Sofra special grill. Food tasted real good and the quantity was more than enough for two. We were served complimentary tea in the end. Staff is courteous. Highly recommended. Would visit
Best lahmacun in USA , beet salad and doner are also wonderful so octopus and mezes. Be aware the owner used to Sidaks chef at Orhan’s times
The unique Turkish doner varieties, appetizers and soups were good. They serve pita bread and hot bread. I liked it very much, I will come again.
Hearty soups and great combination platter. All so fresh and flavorful. The staff were all super sweet too, definitely returning. Amazing bread too!
Best authentic turkish food experience in Queens Sunnyside. Great restaurant. Friendly staff, cosy ambience, and tasty excellent quality Turkish Kebabs and foods. We tried different main dishes, all were delicious. Highly recommend.
Pretty clean, food is delicious and some of the usual choices like lahmacun, kebabs, pilav, etc. My only complaint is that it's overpriced for the portions (1 small kebab plate =14$). That being said restaurants suffer with prices of meat recently + this place has got competition since there's a si
This was the first time I had the traditional Turkish Kelle-Paça soup (lamp's head and feet), and it was great. Their homemade breads are also one of the best in NYC. The rest of the food selection is typical decent Turkish food.
The attentiveness and friendliness was as good as their foods. I honestly love their Ali nazik, Kelle paca soup and lahmacun. Looking forward to try the other delicious food.
The food is delicious . Can't go wrong here. The beef shish is so good
Amazing Turkish restaurant! Diligently prepared and authentic. I have never had such juicy kabob. But be careful the pepper is not for the faint of heart!
