Good service. Training going on...lots of workers. Sourdough melt was greasy and poorly assembled. Fries delicious however only received half a portion. Bought a pint of cashew caramel...basically a pint of vanilla custard. More attention to quality control please.

FOOD POISONING? Greasy tasteless cod. Spolied tartar sauce? Too little fries? I get Culver's Fish fry at other locations every FRIDAY. NEVER AGAIN at this store! Close them down!

On a busy Friday night we did an online order for curbside pickup. Our order was delivered to our car quickly, the food was hot and the order was 100% correct. Nice job Sun Prairie Culver's.

Great food...if they get your order right. With a family of five, it's been about a 50/50 shot that they mess something up. The worst is getting food to go. I ordered a cheddar butter burger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and tomato and received a burger with lettuce and pickles, and NO cheese.

Always hits the spot! Occasionally the cheese curds are forgotten, but that hasn't happened in a long time. Our orders have been correct majority of the time! Staff has all been nice!

Update: The owner of this location reached out to me after the fact. She apologized and offered up some free vouchers for our meals. My family has returned several times since (not even using the vouchers) and the visits since my review have been great. Definitely good to know the owner cares and is

Oh my Deliciousness💥! Went in there today around 2:30ish I always and I MEAN ALWAYS! get a chocolate malt with Xtra malt in it! They were busy as usual! And did me right! That malt was so amazing 👏👏👏👏🤜🤛! You guys are doing awesome 👌 and who ever made that malt deserves a raise it was Perfection at
