We enjoy having breakfast at the Hole n One. The service is always excellent although if you don't get there early during the season there will be a short wait as people leave church and go for breakfast. The friday fish frys are also very good. I highly recommended this resaturant.
My favorite hidden gem in the West Valley. This place has always been comparable to a small town diner within a big city. The food is fresh and the decor is eclectic with an ode to golf. It sits quietly in a plaza and serves tasty country home cooking. The staff are friendly and smiles are infectious.

Good basic food, especially breakfast. We eat there often. Atmosphere is friendly. Prices are excellent. If you purchase a Hole 'n One hat and wear it into the restaurant, you'll receive 10% off your bill.
By far one of the breakfast places I've been to. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were spectacular! Mind you I am not a very big pancake person. Service was great! It was very busy so sometimes it took a while to flag down the waitress but that is to be expected. Will definitely be going back and will be recommending to everyone I know.

It's been years since we stopped for breakfast here. Although it was busy, we were seated quickly and our order taken. It felt like a few minutes as our food was at our table. My son loved his pancakes and said they were nice and fluffy. I had the Denver scramble and it was delicious. This location definitely is frequented by the Sun City crowd, but everyone is so friendly and the location is cozy and laid back. If you're looking for a no frills breakfast spot this is it.
