This is a pretty typical small town ice cream shop. Don't expect anything too fancy. There is soft serve and a few varieties of gourmet ice cream from a Wisconsin creamery, but nothing terribly exceptional. Still the prices are low for what you get, the shop provides employment for local teens, and you can't beat a waffle cone on a hot day, right? They even have a drive-through window.

Sumner is very fortunate to have a shop like Cups and Cones. They offer the opportunity for teens to work during the summer and patrons to enjoy a sweet treat downtown.

Great people...nice little place. I got the Oreo espresso hard dip and it was amazing. My husband got a flurry and loved it...they will make it anyway you want. He got a chocolate/vanilla banana brownie flurry. I highly recommend going here.
