Magic Fountain

This place is unsafe and can be deadly for any child. Yesterday afternoon I went with my children and some of his friends to have a good time at the magic Fountain we love the place but I never imagined that this would turn into a nightmare, after receiving his ice cream my 10-year-old son went to sit like other people on the edge of the patio (next to other people) realizing that the barks are moving, he decides to sit a few feet further away, imagine that another smaller child handles those bricks on top, being so heavy and not supporting the weight, one of those bricks fell on my son in the foot, who was with his foot stretched out enjoying his ice cream, I immediately went to the window to request ice while trying to calm my son, you can imagine that he was very ill from the pain and I was evaluating the possibility of calling an ambulance , the response of one of the vendors was that they did not have ice, and he offered me a bandaid, do you really think that a bandaid can help a foot that a brick has fallen on? as in place with so many freezers do not have ice? or something frozen that can help, also perhaps a place so crowded by children does not have an emergency kit with a cold pack, I asked again for ice or something that my son can put on to relieve his pain, finally realizing that it was something serious (from his window), after a few long minutes they gave me a small bag of shaved ice, no one from the place even came to check my son's seriousness, offered to call an ambulance, or helped to assist my son or know if it was okay, absolutely nothing! but I want to appeal to the owner and the city of summit about the safety of the place, how is it possible that a place so popular with children’s and teenagers has overlapping bricks! Without any kind of warning sign, access restriction, or anything that can warn of the risk that those bricks can fall on one of our children, and tremendous negligence can undoubtedly be fatal! My son's summer was almost ruined, luckily my son is fine, although he still has a very bad foot, he couldn't enjoy his ice cream, had to change his ice cream for some shaved ice to ease his pain. 👎👎👎
