I stopped in to get a hot ham& cheese and chocolate shake. I was feeling a little down getting over illness.The lady (short with brown hair & glasses) they'd been busy but the lady greeted me with so kindly it made my afternoon. I hope they know how valuable an employee.Food was delicious , right on time.🔥

Drive-thru experience was terrible. Rudest customer service ever. Didn't even want me to continue ordering after I said the first combo I needed. Then was asked to wait (no big deal) after paying. So we pulled well we were pointed to park to wait. After 18 minutes. We walked inside to see what was going on...to discover they hadn't even started our order. Once the bag was in our hands we left (had small inpatient kids in tow) and ofcourse each item that was ordered ..wasn't made as requested. We are currently eating peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

THE BEST chicken strips anywhere!!! The only place where you can buy a good hot dog. And their burgers are second to none.

Dirty floors and tables and chairs and straw wrapping everywhere. Bags and food wrapping on empty tables. Employees sitting at a booth doing nothing but talking on the phone. Employee waited on us and went back to tables. Disgusting. Food burnt and looked nothing like represented. Flat and half cold.

This Hardee's location on North Main Street in Summerville is a convenient Hardee's that is very convenient when you are hungry and in the area. The food here is well prepared and delicious and especially the sandwiches. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

Got a breakfast Frisco sandwich it was ice cold I should have took it back but I didn't but I will not go back there again ever I keep giving him a chance after chance after chance and it's just crappie
