Pizza Hut

I waited 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to have a wait time of 15-20. So many of the workers were outside in the parking lot standing around a car. The hood of the car was up, so I guess there was something wrong with it. &I get when you want to help, but they were just STANDING THERE. We were told to wait another 10 minutes since we got there 15 minutes after I placed the order. Then when we pulled back up, we were told to wait again. A few cars ended up pulling up, but I guess they had to do the same &park &wait. We waited in the line for quite a bit before we finally got to the window to get our order. I gave 3 stars because they got the order right. But if not for that, maybe less. The first time I ever ordered &picked up from this location, the person helping us was rude. Atleast the second time, the person helping us was a bit nicer.

If i could give ZERO stars I would. Please DO NOT order from this location. I placed an order Friday night and upon arriving to pick up my order, an employee was vomiting out of the drive-thru windows with the gloves on. How disgusting and unsanitary. Upon finishing, the employee attempted to serve and interact the customers with those same gloves on. I contacted the store 3 times for a refund. I sat on hold for 15 minutes the first two times, then 17 minutes the last time before someone finally answered, but as soon as I said the word “refund” they placed me back on hold. I contacted the 1-800 customer service number to have it resolve. But be aware, do yourself a favor and not order from this location. They should be shutdown

Horrible customer service. Lady answering phone was under trained and barley grasp the English language. And I was put on hold for 15 minutes when asking to speak to the manager before I finally hung up. Papa John's was much more courteous and will have the weekly 12 pizza order from here out. So long pizza hut.

I called at 5:11 on 5/6/22 and placed an order for delivery. I was told $60.49 was my total and it would be delivered by 6:15. At 6:25 I began calling, apparently no one answers the phone at the store cause I was on hold for 51 minutes. When someone answered the phone, I was told the order was never placed from the call center!! They stated there was nothing they could do, but they would be happy to place a new order!! Now mind you it had already been 2 hours since the order was placed so I said no thank you! I called the call center back to address my frustration with them only to be told they could transfer me back to the store but that’s all they could do!!! I will never order from this place again!! The call center is just rude and the store has no accountability for their actions!!!

Outstanding customer service by Ms. Bogdana She is really a great asset...She cares for the customers. She has lot of suggestions and input. She is always on the go. She does not take a minute break. Nor does she keep talking or something She is highly Professional and She goes out of the way not for myself. All others also appreciate her. some of them come all the way to see the great service. She is a great asset. She cleans like anything. Fully sincere, dedicated, true Pizza Hut employee- person to be recognized as the best employee Award Thanks, again sri

Would actually give this place a zero, but not an option. I called 35 mins before closing, they literally had me on hold the whole 30 mins after taking my name and address. Took my address and said hold please and never came back. Their corporate need to answer these reviews. Hell they don’t even apologize for there employees actions. It’s a shame because Pizza Hut. Use to be so well round. Now it’s really going down hill. Even with getting orders correct smh. Sad.
