Sonic Drive-in

I should have known better, but I gave it another chance. Went to one stall pressed the button it made the beep but nothing. So I moved to another waited 20 min. Before someone answered. Waited another 20min. To get my food . Then I opened it and I was missing part of my order. So I pushed the button again and finally after 10 min someone answered. I told them about the missing food and they said they would be right out. Well 20 min later I got my food. Needless to say I spent way to much time there not going back. Seems like the workers are slow and unorganized

literally just came for drinks. the easiest thing. our speaker got turned off 4 times (once after we even tried moving to a different stall) and then we finally ordered and even though it's just three drinks we have been sitting for way too long, from beginning it's been almost 30 minutes at this point and we're still waiting.

Came here previously corn dog wasn't cooked through. Got it replaced and that one was less cooked. Came back another day for strawberry limeades and they gave me a strawberry slushy. When they went to fix it the simply dumped it out and put the drink in the same cup and brought it back with strawberry slush down the side of the cup. Also did not bring back all my change. Wish I could give this location a zero star. I won't be back to this location.

I really don’t say this to be mean but in hopes they get better. I want them to get better because I enjoy going to sonics. When I eat here I live down the road so it’s often it’s pretty bad. My burger is horrible made and soggy fries soggy 😪 The ice cream… Ok so I come CONSTANTLY and order the same thing. Everytime it’s wrong. Everytime they leave things out it’s 3 things! I ask and even say politely hey sorry last time you forgot ___ would you please remember? I know you said you heard me but again I’m so sorry they said that last time and then I get my ice cream and it’s wrong EVERYTIME I wish I was a customer exaggerating but I am not. And if it’s a large it’s always so much worse they put things on the top and nothing in it honestly they seem to not care I really hope this changes

Claimed they no longer had pickle fries because that promo ended yesterday, tried to "refund" us $2 in cash (less than they actually cost), then magically came back out with pickle fries 2 minutes later(?). The kid that helped us, if you can call it that, was super rude about it and walked off in a huff. I don't even expect much from fast food but this was beyond unacceptable. Go literally anywhere else. Turns out the pickle fries go through June 22 so I assume they just didn't feel like making them.

If I could have left 0 stars I would. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, then they forgot something. While we were waiting one of the male workers came outside flipping out that he was gonna beat up a female coworker. I watched 3 other customers have to call them back out for messing up their orders. SMH
