I come here all the time. Tonight was least expected. Didn’t even ask for a small and it was half way filled. No ice. Nothing. Don’t know if they dipped their hands in my drink and took the ice cubs out. But apparently the drink was cold. What’s going on?? Step up.

This was a different experience from the past. Yes they got my order wrong, switched sandwiches. But they were polite, courteous and very apologetic. I was surprised that they were nice. It was clean, food was fresh, fries hot and on the ball. Yes on the ball for this store seems impossible but it is true.
It was a good experience.
Also new management. I saw, guess was the General Manager telling an up and coming Manager how to send people on break, and also respectful. It was shocking so maybe they are trying to turn things around.

My son and I came in to eat. Now I wasn't expecting much because, after all, it's McDonald's however when I go a fast food restaurant I expect it to come fast. We sat for over 30 minutes, someone that came in 15 minutes after us got their food before us when they were getting twice the amount of food that we were getting. When I brought this fact to the worker's attention I found out they placed the food on the counter and left it for over twenty minutes. The only nice thing I have to say is that they did fix my son and I some hot food without me asking for some fresh food. So I guess that is something.

The people I encountered were polite and courteous, the drive-thru wait wasn't anything crazy. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal, but my cheeseburgers didn't have any pickles on them. What really got me though was that they also didn't give me the fries that come with the order. I know messups happen, but man I was really looking forward to those fries. Unfortunately didn't notice until I was already on the road again, and trying to turn around and make my way back through that intersection during rush hour traffic just wasn't worth it :/

I'm still unsure as to why you don't know how to fill the fries up as that's how they are supposed to be done. We get like 10 fries in a large fry container. Spending a lot of money on a kids meal portion. I really don't know how you stay in business with the poor Quilty and quantity of food and service. I should also mention that I order extra BBQ sauce and which you have to pay for and I don't mind that BUT you never get any! How do you forget BBQ sauce with nuggets???

I live a mile away from this McDonald’s so it’s usually the one I go to. I have to REMIND them for my hash brown. I’ve worked in fast food, it’s not that hard. If you see that it’s a combo, or comes with a drink, boom automatic hash brown. And god forbid you let them know they forgot it. They catch an attitude super quickly, as if you’re not the one paying for items you didn’t receive. Ordered uber eats for me and my son, he’s young so that’s mainly what he wanted, but again, no hash brown. I know it ain’t about cutting corners to save money because this is McDonald’s lmao, so it’s laziness at its finest. If you look at the past reviews about missing items though, and the lack of response, it’s clear to see not even management cares.

I was waiting for about three minutes before a cashier came to the register that’s after the manager told her she had a customer upon her coming to the register she took her hand and wiped it onto her nose and ask how can I help you? I was disgusted like help me with what making my stomach turn these fast food restaurants hire anyone and the service is not even worth the money you pay for the fast food for the process food for the bad customer service but yet prices are going up they need to retrain their workers to be more sanitary when dealing with people food and even taking orders

Me and my fiancé used to thank this McDonald’s was the best but recently it’s went down hill. The last experience we had the food was all wrong and cold. What has finally made me leave a review is I was here picking up a DD order and I literally watched the manager on duty drop the liner for a basket of fries on the ground pick it and use and use it!!!!!!! As well as the persons burger or sandwich. This is not acceptable at all. How could you not just grab another liner and a new sandwich we are already waiting forever might as well make it safe food
