Service is great, server took the time to clarify my order. Tea has been consistently good the multiple times, not too sweet and quite smooth. Have not tried the fruit smoothies yet. They're super close by and I definitely recommend them.

Some of the best smoothies I have ever had. Ingredients are very fresh, service was friendly, place is clean, and they have food too. Can not wait to try the Bahn Mi on my next visit.
I take everyone's order at work, call it in and then somebody goes pick it up. They get it right Everytime. I've tried different flavors, the only one I can't handle is Durian... And they did warn me it's an acquired taste. I had to be adventurous! Everything else is wonderful. Never a disappointmen
I love this place. When I explained to the owner that I love Vietnamese coffee but couldn't handle the milk, she made me one with almond milk that was fantastic!
Love that they are close by and they have great chicken wings and bahn mi sandwiches as well! I always get the jasmine milk tea with tapioca. I hope they stick around.
