The service was very great here. The team works really well together to make sure your comfortable and you enjoy your food. My meal was delicious and they were able to make it vegan for me. There’s a playground in the back for kids to play while you wait for your food. I enjoyed everything and would return.

This Los Gallitos location is my favorite and I seem to find myself here a few times a month. The food is great (I love the fish tacos and beef fajitas), the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I like dining out on the patio under the cabana while looking out over at the lake. The ducks roaming about like to keep me company as well.

Food is good and staff were courteous. The service was lacking. We had to ask for everything. From dinnerware, water and napkins. We had to catch someone to order our food and the order was not correct. They apologized and corrected the order. Drinks were ordered and never served. So we enjoyed our water. Maybe will visit again at a less busy time. Might enjoy it better.

We had my birthday party for 40 guests on the patio and it was fabulous. The service was excellent. They assisted in setting up. It was on Friday night when they had entertainment. The food and cocktails were excellent. We had appetizers, entree was their combination fajitas, shrimp and ribs parrilladas that's served on a fire grill metal box was delicious and a fabulous dessert Fried Ice Cream. We've enjoined their food since they opened 40 years ago. I guaranteed 40 and was only charged for the food they served. Awesome evening!!!

As you walk in you are greeted by very welcoming staff. They are very attentive to detail. You don’t have to ask for a refill because they beat you to the punch. While you wait for the food, you get to enjoy delightful music. I’d like to incorporate that food is brought out in a timely manner, which by the way is very delicious! Today we did get to enjoy an intriguing view! See for yourselves!

Food and drinks and service were great … everything was until the bill came. We were shocked at the price of the margaritas. I guess there’s a reason they don’t publish the prices. And it wasn’t that they weren’t good - they were. It was more that a regular - not large - margarita in a smallish martini glass shaped glass was $16.

I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times and the food is always good! I’ve even had my son’s birthday lunch at this location and the service was exceptional! The food came out quick for a group of 25 and everyone was pleased with their food.

The chips and salsa and the queso appetizer were very good. However, the beef fajitas were a little bland. They could have used a little more seasoning. The service was fantastic. The waitstaff were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

This was a great location with a great river view in the back. I only ate chicken quesadilla so appetizer so wasn't bad at all. Will order an actual full meal. However, the margaritas 🍹 were great with a nice kick! Will definitely go back again soon.

Nice playground that our kids enjoyed. Prickly pear margaritas were good at $14. Chicken verse enchiladas were also good.
Oddly empty on a Saturday afternoon. Would come back if this place was at a slightly cheaper price point.

Food was pretty good: beans had good flavor, tortillas were fresh, and fajita meat was very tender and seasoned well, rice and shrimp were alright. The service is good, they've been very attentive to our table and pretty fast/accommodating with everything. Prices are fairly high which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but I still recommend it if you're able.

Bad food.<br/>Worse service.<br/>Forced gratuity for worse service.<br/>Broken promise to issue a full credit.<br/>Bad business practice.<br/><br/>We attended a birthday lunch. We had a very large crowd and the restaurant assigned only one server, who was terrible. Very slow service, food was cold, orders were wrong and at the end, he put everyone on the same check, even though we specifically asked for us to be on a separate check. It took FOREVER to get our checks. When we got our check, there was an erroneous charge of $2 for a side of rice which was not ours. The manager there at the time complained about having to correct the charge, but did so begrudgingly. We called to complain the next day and the manager Juan said he would send a gift certificate (which we won't use) AND issue a full refund. We had asked for the $15 gratuity to be taken off that they added. He insisted on refunding the full charge. When the charge didn't go through, we called back. Juan said that his boss, Daniel Romero said "no". So even though Juan agreed (insisted on giving a refund), it was overruled by Daniel and they now refuse to issue the refund. Juan refused to give any contact information for Daniel Romero.

This place has bad service and worse food. thought we would find a new place to eat, but was sadly mistaken. our service was worse than I have had in a long time, waiters was not even available for more than half the time we were there. drinks were left empty and even a simple all beef fajitas was brought out wrong. value was no good either. we will never return here and I would not recommend this place to any one!

Their seafood nachos are amazing. Service is very attentive. My litmus test for Mexican food is cheese enchiladas - these are mediocre. The patio view of the lake is nice. Margaritas are good but weak. Take recommendations from the staff when ordering. Overall I do like this place for atmosphere & seafood nachos.

I loved the shrimp chimichanga and the others in my group liked their food too except for the large strip of plasic pacaging in my guest's enchilada and inadequate response from management.
