Today I got 3 taco and cheese taquitos and 1 was hard. I thought maybe just crunchy but I was driving so didn’t pay much mind. I got to the end and looked at it and noticed mold in side the shell. I called them up to notify them and he sounded like he had no care in the world. I notified him I would contact someone in food inspection industry since he had no care. Rude staff. They don’t care if you’re eating mold or not.

I purchased one of their small donuts (Brand is Super donut) and there is MOLD growing on it. I tried to call the store to tell them to remove the rest, as there were a lot on display by the coffee. No one picked up.

I was there today to grab some snacks, I picked up some snacks and gave my card to pay but I asked the person over there about the deal which he has advertised and he refused to honor the deal and straight way charged my card. When i questioned he refused to respond and give back my receipt. My wife asked to call manager and that person over there name 'Rizwaan' started shouting and started uttering in his native language. We kept on waiting for manager but the manager never turned up. Not only he was so rude to my wife and me but also did not gave me the receipt, additionally he made us stand for 20 mins to talk to manager. At the end I had to go myself knock on the door and asked to meet manager.
Things did not ended, when I was getting my transaction fixed, he was super aggressive and wanted to pick up fight while I was not talking to him. This was the worst experience of the store and I would never visit any 7-eleven ever.

I gave 2 stars do to the "filthy biological" counter and transparent shield that has not been cleaned of spit for over 1month. I told the tall Indian guy that used to work there, I got covid from this store in Feb. Spoke to owner today and he said he cleaned it. I said "you can't just clean it once and consider it done, as it get dirty it needs to be cleaned. I told him Ill notify the health dept.

It’s plaza store I come inside and buy stuff then I ask can I use restroom stop very rude he said restroom only for us not for customer it’s against my policy i they should close the store because location on main road if you didn’t want to give nice service it’s totally worth

The place is nice and clean but no bathroom,
I asked the cashier if I could use their bathroom for an emergency but he saids no bathroom for costomers and he said it's not in the 7-eleven policy

They've got a great selection of items and deals (especially if you're a Rewards member). They've got an ATM in the back if you need some cash but they accept credit and debit cards.

The Sunday night worker was very nasty to my daughter gave her the wrong item for me When she came home she told me how nasty he was too her Then I went there to Exchange the item as he proceeded to be nasty to me I told him that he was nasty to my daughter too He handled the situation terribly and I will never walk in that store again while he is working which is a great inconvenience for me His name is Dominick
