Culver's Of Suamico

Ordered my food about 10pm June 14 and proceeded to the window, where the female worker sat idly chatting with the man in the car ahead of me for a good 10 minutes before he finally drove off. Not happy. She gave me a dismissive, “Sorry ‘bout that.” Don’t know her name but the receipt has Register 5 Trn 1120748. I think she has more important things to do than her job, yeah?

Because of how busy it was last time I visited, placed an online order to be picked up at 530. Arrived at 525 and checked in, employee said my order was being made. It was noticeably less busy this visit. At 540, I inquired about my order. Manager came over and told me it wasn't payed for. I showed him email confirmation that it was. Apparently the employee that checked me in forgot to hit a button so my order was not queued. I finally received my order at 552 and was only told sorry for the inconvenience. No other offer was made to make the situation right. Will not return

Very nice, but totally messed up our order. It was 2 Culver's deluxe baskets and a mushrooms and swiss. we got our food to go as we had a trailer and did not fit in the drive thru. After leaving and going down the road we found we got a double burger with cheese,( we did not order doubles) nothing else on it. A single cheese burger notging else on it and the mushroom and Swiss had no mushrooms! and we didn't get our fries. We went there cuz one of our companions had celiac and needed gluten free. We will NEVER return there again. How does a place screw up that bad?
