Love the chili cheese fries ! Noticed not as much chili on them like before so couldn't give 5 stars. The service was good. The utensil compartments were empty. A nice young man gave me a fork when I asked.
Waited 10 minutes to have our order taken after the people in front of us ordered, then waited 20 minutes for nuggets & fries. When we did finally get our food we were told there were no nuggets so they replaced them with fries.

The facility was clean and neat. The seating was ferry strange but it might be a COVID leftover. All the food was made correctly and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a fast food option, this is a good option.
I've never seen it so poorly maintained. More than half the soda options were empty, there was no ice in either dispenser. No potatoes. No coffee yet their coffe pot was clearly visible. The customer behind me left as no one was at the register for a long time.

Their chicken sandwich wasn't cooked thoroughly and still cold. Fried were cold and soggy. Staff is unpleasant too. I'd prefer to make my own stuff before going here again.
Not only did we get completely the wrong order, but my wife's sandwich contained a plastic surprise! Would have gone back if we weren't already 10 miles down the road. Been to plenty of great Wendy's, this is not one. Skip this location.
