Adorable bakery and cafe that I’d consider a true hidden gem. I stopped in with my grandmother to buy jams and apple butter but ended up staying for a delicious breakfast. I cannot recommend the croissant egg sandwich enough. Fluffy eggs on a buttery & flakey fresh baked croissant is an absolute dream and the price is a steal. With totally become a breakfast staple for us. The staff are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and the decide truly makes you feel like you’re in an adorable country store. From sweet treats to breakfast to sandwiches & more Stroudsmoor is an absolute must visit location for anyone in/visiting the area.

Beautiful store inside and outside! The selection of cookies are just amazing! And they were beautifully decorated too! Affordable. The staff was very friendly. Without a doubt definitely stop by this cafe and dessert place if you are in the Stroudsburg area. This place has indoor and outdoor seating. They are located off the Main Street area which makes it nice! Check them out and you won’t regret it!

I had them make a cake for my baby shower on September 16th. They made the cake exactly the way I wanted. The cake was so delicious. From now on this is our new bakery!!!!!!!! Thank you everyone who made my baby shower cake so perfect!!!!

This place is a must to stop in and try out any of their food items. Very nice set up. I walked out with $100 worth of baked goods. My plan was to spend no more than $25.

Stroudsmoor made two wedding cakes for us! The cakes were gorgeous and delicious! The staff is great! They made sure everything was perfect. Thank you!

Had lunch here and it was very good. I had the Johnny Apple Seed Wrap and my wife had the Cranberry Apple Walnut Salad with chicken. Both were fresh and tasty.

A quaint bakery full of sweet treats. Beautifully displayed. They do have some scones and muffins for breakfast and some special entree like things for lunches. Eclairs and other pastries. Lots of cookies and sweets.

Came from out of town and needed a cake. Called up and they made the cake and it was delicious. Bakery had alot of choices and very clean

Looking for something to do in town, I found this place on Maps. We stopped by and I’m so happy I did. They had so many bakery options and I was so overwhelmed. I wanted everything. They looked delicious and we’re wrapped very pretty. There was also hot food they made that can be heated up and some hot coffee options. If I could I would stop by here every day.
