Garlic Prime Steak & Seafood

Very happy qith our visit! Our server, Julian, was great and didn't pressure or rush us on anything. He had great recommendations and was spot on with them. Lobster Mac and Cheese to start was GREAT! Highly recommended. There were large pieces of lobster on top as well as pieces inside of it. 8oz steak was cooked great, and the garlic butter slice on top melted to perfection. Also, the mashed potatoes were easily the best I ever had in my life! The Shrimp Tortellini was flavorful, and the shrimp had a nice kick to them.

Saturday (and Monday) the bartenders mix mystery cocktails, you pick Tequila or Bourbon and they get creative... We really enjoyed what they brought us. My wife had the ceasar salad, and noticed it was heavily seasoned with garlic... got a good laugh when we remembered where we were.... her Ceasar and wedge were both very good. We had the lobster ravioli, which was also very good. The dessert was a toffee cake, and it was pretty amazing. The staff was very friendly ND the environment was fun, we were there Halloween weekend and all the staff and the music were Roaring 20's themed. Definitely plan on coming back next time we are in the area!

We came to the Poconos to celebrate our fall anniversary and found Garlic in Stroudsburg. Quite honestly - we were blown away. We live in Phillie, frequent New York, and have lived in St Petersburg. We seek out good restaurants and enjoy good food, atmosphere and service. Hands down- this was the best experience we’ve had - a truly superb restaurant. Food was outstanding - presentation was gorgeous. The bartender created the best original cocktails we’ve ever had. But what created the outstanding “experience” was our waiter - Julian - who was so friendly, professional, and attentive. He not only carefully cared for our needs, he made excellent recommendations, asked appropriate questions to get to know us, and made us feel so welcome there. He was so pleasant to talk to - he made our night! We HIGHLY recommend Garlic and will come back. Kudos to Garlic for creating a wonderful dining experience and carefully hiring only the finest staff. And thank you, Julian, for making our anniversary dinner so much fun!

Everything about this experience was above and beyond. My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and this place was everything we could have hoped for and more. Not only was the food and atmosphere immaculate, but we also had amazing service. Our waitresses for the evening, Faith and Rylinn, were fantastic and so attentive to our needs throughout our meal. I could not have been more grateful for the two of them. They are amazing and the restaurant as a whole was the perfect way to celebrate this very important moment in our lives. I would highly recommend to any who want the best overall experience provided to them.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience at a nice restaurant like this. Not only was the food absolutely incredible. The service from out waiter Nick was also unmatched. We sat on the outside patio near the fire and Nick came to check on me and my date about every 15-20 minutes. It was not bothersome as some may think he was engaging and even explained everything on the drink and dinner menu. By his recommendation I got the white peace sangria and let me tell you… to die for. The lobster Mac and cheese was probably the best thing we’ve ever had! The filet mignon MELTED in your mouth it was incredible. We left full, happy, well served, and welcomed. All of the staff was very invited and warm unlike some fancier restaurants that are not as equal. The staff made it feel almost homey. All in all if your in the area and you want a nice sit down dinner, date night, anniversary, or what have you, DEFINITELY try this place and if you can enjoy the romantic patio by the fire. 12/10 wish we lived closer we’d be here more often!

Great restaurant, awesome experience! I was vacationing from CT and definitely choose the right place! Lauren was working the bar where I sat and she was very friendly offering great service. If your lucky enough to meet the Kingsley’s that frequent there, you’ll be fulfilled for sure as they are very kind people. The manger was friendly also. Highly recommend Black Jack- filet medallions with asparagus- perfect portion and fair price. Hope to see the Kinsley’s again around the same time next year, visited establishment Aug 22nd. Thk u for making my birthday evening special!
