Stopped in here for lunch last week.
Food: 4/5
We got a lavender lemonade, which was sweet and tasty. For food, we got the Mediterranean salad w/ falafel and a chicken parm sandwich. The salad was great, with a nice tzatziki, and a very generous portion. The sandwich was okay, but not our favorite. Definitely recommend the salads over the sandwich offerings.
Service: 5/5
Quick and got order correct.
Vibe: 4/5
Casual interior, which is a good place for a quick or low key meal. Plenty of seating.

Quiet Little Cafe with great vibes. Very friendly staff and amazing food. Loved the Asian bowl and the homemade fries.

I was staying in the area for a few days, and once I discovered this place, I ate most of my meals here. Absolutely delicious food; I got the Country Breakfast a few times and some sandwiches at lunch. Everything was outstandingly prepared with fresh local ingredients. The staff is super friendly and seem to really enjoy being there. Also, this place has a clear commitment to employing, serving and welcoming every kind of human. Seriously, more diversity here than anywhere I've seen around Vermont. Excellent cafe! Great business!

Food is good. Fresh ingredients. But be ready to wait a very very long time for food.
Day I came, 6 people on staff. Not super busy, a few empty seats. Easily enough staff to handle demand in a well run shop.
Took 45 minutes to prepare couple wraps. Rest of my order was pre prepared stuff they just had to gather
Truly incredible. Fortunately I had time

After reading the good reviews for this cafe, we had high hopes. I don't know whether we arrived after the lunchtime rush or they were just short-staffed but when we walked into the empty Cafe the tables were dirty with food scraps. There is a sign when you walk in telling you to sanitize your hands, seat yourself and scan the QR code then order at the counter. We struggled with getting the QR code to load so ended up going straight to the website. Some of the items on the menu we found were not the same as the actual menu. When we did order, some of the items weren't what we ordered. and the sandwiches came out over toasted and bland. I think what annoyed us the most was that there were 3 or 4 staff members there and not one of them acknowledged us while we struggled getting the QR code to load for 20 or 30 minutes. Only when we went to the counter, did the server acknowledge we were there, even though we were the only ones in the cafe. After passing other cafes on our walk so we could specifically go to this one, we were disappointed with the overall experience. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

This sandwich was$14.53. $9.75 "base price", +$3.00 up-charge for GF bread (a dollar higher than any place in the country,) +.50 Credit card fee, +10% meals fee. Bringing my total for this small, dry sandwich to $14.53. These are NYC prices. Highway robbery. This kind of thing is insulting.

Ordered the Tree Hugger breakfast sandwich. It was ok but the English muffin was either not toasted or barely toasted - would've been good grilled. And a little salt & pepper would have really accentuated the tomato, egg & avocado.

The Chris Kayler Egg Sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Everything we tried off the breakfast menu was outstanding but I definitely recommend you try the Christ Kayler as it is beyond delicious.
