We had a wonderful dinner and experience here! We chose to have the hibachi dinner. It was so fun watching the chef perform/cook right in front of you! The food was so fresh and delicious. The staff were all very kind and friendly. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant on your way through Stowe!

Oh my goodness, my eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach! Sushi Yoshi had a huge selection of food to choose from - anywhere from Asian soups and salads, to sushi rolls, lo mein, hibachi, and more! It's been a minute since I've had hibachi so the whole family ordered that for dinner in addition to sushi rolls. Everything was very good. I loved the Spicy Lobster roll: asparagus and crabstick inside with spicy lobster and scallions outside with a honey wasabi sauce & Volcano roll: shrimp, avocado, rice, and nori, all wrapped and tempura fried with spicy tuna, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and scallions on top. For my main entree, I ordered the chicken & shrimp hibachi which was served with a salad with ginger dressing and miso soup. Our food came out promptly and our waitress was fantastic, especially handling a group of 15 people, and we had plenty of leftovers!

Had high hopes for this place and couldn't wait for it to open on Thursday. It unfortunately was just alright. They did not let us know the hibachi was open which is what we wanted to do. The sushi was good though rather small in size. We both ordered the teriyaki steak dinner (because we wanted hibachi) that came with miso soup, salad and a bowl of rice. Server was new and when asked about the missing bowl of rice said it did not come with our meal and charged us for a side of white rice that he did take off the bill after we showed him the menu. The miso soup was fishy tasting so I personally did not eat it. There was way too much dressing on the salad to also be able to eat it. My wife did not eat hers. The steak teriyaki dish was good but in no way shape or form was this paring worth $32. Again, when asking about the hibachi I wish we were told we could have done that. My wife ordered a Pepsi. It came with barely any syrup in it and tasted more like seltzer water. When replaced it came back tasting the exact same way so she switched to a Sprite. Not sure if it was the time that we just went or what but I cannot recommend this place. I really wish I could have but with the bill coming to over $100 for the two of us and all that was wrong it just was a poor experience all around.

Great spot along Stowe Rec path. We biked up around 4pm, plopped our bikes at the hitching post and sat right down. Started getting busy when we left around 5:30. Quick service, good sushi, big portions, and the interior is fun with private cubbie rooms. Definitely recommend stopping if you're hungry on the bike path. Even have hibachi grills.

We sat at the sushi bar for lunch and watched them prepare fresh salmon. One of the sushi chefs suggested we try the limited and fresh fatty tuna belly, which we were quick to follow up on. It was delicious, along with the fatty salmon and the fresh shiso leaves. I would definitely come back here next time I'm in the mood for sushi and happen to be nearby. You should too.

As long as you get there on off hours, you'll have no problem being seated and orders taken ( it should be known I went by myself). I think there were a few small families and myself in the restaurant and my meal still seemed to take awhile. I can see why this place might have difficulty managing larger groups. Pricey but big portions and absolutely delicious. Nice staff and atmosphere.

Excellent Beef Fried Rice and loved the bagel roll. Unique spin on sushi. They also had mochi which was a big hit at the table. Overall, good experience. Would return.

We made reservations during ski season so it was packed, between people picking up meals and eating in the parking is definitely an issue. It did take forever and with a 730 reservation after skiing all the day we were tired. The staff and chefs were great and the food was delicious.
