Review Moe's Southwest Grill - Stow

The food and staff here are great. However, it looks like the owner is here, by the older, unfamiliar face in charge greeting me. I've also noticed the food portions have been significantly cut. I understand portion control, I've worked in management. However, this feels like I am being given less food to compensate for his previous losses. I'm not even getting a level scoop of meat. Not cool. I shouldn't leave feeling ripped off because he wasn't controlling food portions to begin with. To the owner: If you think this has gone unnoticed, it hasn't. Your customers aren't stupid. Treat them with respect.

I don't think I'll be back. Aaand by the likes of the other reviews, neither will they. All I'll say is this: smallest burrito I've ever had at a Moe's, crunchiest rice I've ever had at a Moe's, dirty tables, smallest amount of chips I've ever had at a Moe's, 3 of 5 salsas to choose from with no containers to put them in and a manager (assume so because she was giving orders) that could stand to smile at least once. All this for $12? Na... I'm good.

I will never be coming back to this Moe's again. I placed an online order at 6:55pm and the order was set to be picked up at 7:10pm. My parents also placed an online order at the same time. When we got to the restaurant their order was ready but mine was not. The girl at the counter told me it would be a few minutes. I waited 15 more minutes for my food, I watched people walk in the restaurant and get their food before me. So when I went up to ask about my food, the girl behind the register found what seemed to my food just sitting there. When she asked one of her co-workers about it she didn't know and told her to ask a girl in a red shirt, who then told her to ask the other co-worker. So the girl behind the counter came to me and asked me if it was my food. I am completely appalled by the service I received and then I had to identify my own food! That is absolutely unreal and then I got this half hearted apology. None of the staff looked friendly at all or even attempted to help me. My food was cold by the time I got home to eat it. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Moe's again and I would warn you before placing an online order. I would also like to note that a lot of their salsas were gone, they were out of small cups to put them in. The place was rather a mess. So if you want Moe's on Monday or even to order online I would recommend making the drive to the one on Howe rd.

Line took forever and the tables were dirty, but I still love Moe’s!

Waited 15-20 minutes in line only to have them tell us they were out of steak. The only thing they had was chicken or beef. Manager had an attitude problem after we asked for someone to refill the salsa because they were also out of that. Watched numerous customers leave because they were out of everything. How can you be out of everything when the store don't close till 9 and it was 6:30. One of the employees left the line to go smoke in the bathroom. Restaurant looks like it hasn't been cleaned for awhile. Trash under tables, by the drink station and even messy tables. Definitely won't be spending my money here ever again.

Been eating there for years and never had a bad meal. This was awful. Went there Saturday around 7pm to pick up food. Things were just off. Restuarant was dead n staff was not friendly. Queso was cold, green peppers barely cooked and chicken was even cold. What is going on?

Went for my husband's birthday dinner. We got there at about 8 and the place was pretty quiet besides the football games playing. When ordering our food they were impatient with my kids, this being their first time there, ordering. I ordered the salad and everything in it was cold, the rice was undercooked and bland. Needless to say, I didn't even eat half. Went home with the worst stomach ache ever, which followed in to the next day. My kids, who LOVE tacos, wouldn't even eat their food. Only one who enjoyed their meal was my husband, thankfully. Will not go back to this location. It's worth the drive to Cuyahoga Falls.

I have been coming to this location for several years. Not a very friendly staff. The "welcome to Moe's" is robotic and not very genuine. Seems like the staff hates working here? Definitely the least friendly Moe's I have ever been to. Their lettuce and veggies don't seem very fresh either
