Great food and loved the location. We came for dinner and did the prix fixe menu and it was delicious! The butternut squash soup was amazing, and they had a good selection of desserts. Really pretty view and the servers were super friendly
We always enjoy going to Breakwater! This restaurant is always consistent with its food, cocktails and service. The wife and I have found that one of the biggest problems with waterfront dining in Connecticut and New England for that matter is lack of consistency in good/great food and service.

Excellent food and service with an outstanding water view. The server was so personable and she accomadated a few special requests required by my two small grandchildren. I loved the oysters on the half shell and lobster roll.
Great lobster roll and swordfish wrap. They make their own potato chips too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
