I ordered a Exlarge white chicken only. First the service area is clean and friendly. My order was ready in less then 10 minutes.
Now the flavor and aroma was wonderful. But the meat was dry. I put these sauce on it and it help alittle. Over all the I could use the meat for a sandwich.
Not bad but it wasn't what I expected. I thought the ribs would have a jerk taste or seasoning on them but they tasted like regular smoked ribs. I don't know what part of the islands they are from. Love the food. I normally only get the ribs and chicken and shrimp. My husband got the salmon and wasn't impressed. Service is usually ok nothing to write about. Price point is reasonable. Your usually in and out.

Ordering process was simple and easy. My order was ready when I arrived, the chicken was slightly overcooked but seasoned mildly. If you want it hot, get the sauce.
My fav. Spot. Been buying food since day 1 and I'll swear by them. Food always good and good service.
Note to owner - it's been yrs, a time fi upgrade. Di place always busy and that's great for business but you need a pickup window so you lower wait time. Bless up yo self.
Had the peppered shrimp, rice & peas and cabbage. The sauce on the rice was onpoint.com. The ladies taking the orders / bringing the food were super nice. The wait wasn't to to long but the food was worth the wait.
