Sat at the bar. Was at least 5 minutes before we were acknowledged and another 5 minutes before we were served. Wouldn’t have mattered if it was busy but there were only 6 other people at the bar. The first drink we ordered- a mudslide - she told us they didn’t do frozen drinks. We said we didn’t want it frozen. She said she didn’t have the proper ingredients so we ordered something else. As we were finishing up with our drinks, a new group of people arrived and ordered espresso martinis. The other bartender promptly made them. I asked if they had Bailey’s. They sure did. It’s unfortunate the first bartender told us that they didn’t have the ingredients. Last year we were here and the bartenders were amazing. Clam chowder was delicious. Located right on the water - it’s a beautiful spot.

Had a good dining experience at the Water Star Grille. The prices are high — but this makes sense because of the view and outdoor ambiance. The lobster nachos I ordered were flavorful, filling, and well-portioned. We had a great view of the sunset without a reservation needed. I’d recommend.

Edited to add: This is my favorite restaurant in Stone Harbor. Looking forward to the Summer 2023 menu! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was so good I want to get the exact same thing again next time! Lima bean succotash and buttermilk mashed potatoes...WOW! (oh and with scallops!)

Breakfast is great! Environment is nice. Service was lacking, felt like we weren’t paid attention to. But would 100% return for breakfast. Eggs Benedict was perfect and one of the best ever.

Food was delicious! The kitchen is apparently a “free flow kitchen” which means that if half your party gets crab cakes and the other half, the steak - the crab cake party will be waiting to eat for 10-15 minutes. So order the shared plates and be okay with eating before/after someone else. The view is worth it and the food is delicious

Came here for lunch and had the best time!! We went on a Wednesday around noon and there was no wait, but I hear on the weekends, it gets pretty packed. Our waitress (Meredith) was SO friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. While it is on the pricier side, it was 100% worth it. We ordered food for 8 people and it came out in great time (probably no more than half an hour). Vegetarian options!!— I had the house made veggie burger and it was to die for🤤 (see photos for veggie burger and chicken sandwich). Not to mention a great atmosphere AND view since it’s right on the water!

We have been to the Water Star Grille more than 15 times. We have been there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Service is always excellent. Food quality is consistent. The view is amazing. My son is only 6 but loves this restaurant.

We planned a surprise party here for my mother’s 60th birthday. The attention to detail before the event was amazing. During the event, our server Colton, managed to handle 20 people with no issue. Would highly recommend planning an event at the Reeds to anyone, loved our experience!
