The food has always been top notch, and never let us down. You could come in having a horrible day and leave with a smile, good food will do
Our first time at Fred's....off season in Stone Harbor soseemed like a good time to give it a go.
Did not disappoint. Late Saturday meal and it was pretty full.
Large long bar to the left., fireplace close to the middle...and tables to the right.

Had a very nice charcoal grilled Burger. Nachos are excellent. Couldn't go wrong with the Maryland crab soup had a nice bit of a zest to it. The beer battered fries are crunchy, moist & very flavorful. The other patron stated that it was the best cream of mushroom soup she's had in some time. Give F
I've been visiting Stone Harbor for 50 years and since I was old enough to remember there has always been a Fred's Tavern. Over the years it's expanded from just a liquor store to a great Tavern bar and now they have a pretty nice inside restaurant area and also an outside patio dining area. Good to
Enjoyed some apps last night while meeting with a collegue. The salads are very generous and all the ingrediants were fresh. I think the onion rings might be homemade....I've had them a few times over the years and they never disappoint.
Amazing restaurant and very enjoyable. Sometimes busy, but still quite calm. Enjoy seafood, a bar, sandwiches and burges including weekly specials and steak. Enjoyable for the whole family, I highly recommend this
Great liquor store, get a t-shirt or two while there. Or, stop by the bar / restaurant next door. Great people, huge selection, and less than the ACME.
Nice surprise while shopping in Stone harbor. Really good beer draft beer selection. Had something for everyone. I got the honey hot chicken Cesar salad. Really good flavor. Family got wings, which were meaty and tons of flavor. We recommend a stop by.
I thought it was a closed dive bar from the outside. Inside was very clean. Great food. If we are in the area we shall return.

Stopped here for lunch. OuR group had Philly cheesesteak sandwichES and cheeseburgerS Both were very good. Prices reasonable, wait staff excellent (they really hustle)! We have been here before and Fred’s is always reliable. Nice outdoor area or you can be inside in air conditioning.
Ordered the Fred burger - awesome and the onion soup were some of the best
This place is amazing. Waitress brought us new drinks before we even had a chance to finish our firsts. Food was hot and fresh also delicious.
Do not go anywhere else to eat in stone harbor.

Very cool tavern and Liquor store. A broad selection and good service but pricey. Around 20-30% more than Costco. Purchased wine here for dinner at nearby Jay’s due to their BYOB policy.
Great local place in Stone Harbor, great food and drinks.
