I ordered through the app earlier this evening and on my end the payment went through. on the app it said there was an issue processing the payment. I went to the location to calmly explain the situation to the lady through the intercom and she told me that since it's not in their system and the order is not on their end that I need to contact support through the taco bell app in order to get my money back. I explained to her that I was already charged for the food why can't you just give me my order that I already paid for but they refused to do so.
I instead try to reorder at the intercom and they cut me off mid-sentence so I ended up just driving off. I tried to be understanding but why get charged for something and attempt to show them proof, and then not get your order that you were charged for.

I went here on June 7th or 8th i ate inside there was an employee that was sitting across from me with her mask down on her chin talking on the phone she coughed without covering her mouth i didn’t have a mask on which I was drinking my soda and when she walked by me I can hear her coughing in the back of me as she returns to work Yesterday i tested positive for covid oh man i was really sick i am still sick but feeling a lot better i don’t know if I caught covid from that employee that was coughing but please if an employee is coughing please send them home

This place seems like some sort of wanna be taco bell that got lost in the riffs of time, making up their operating hours that vary from day to day depending on who's working and have a homemade little paper sign attached to the ordering speaker informing their customers that they only accept cash & they have forgotten to include items with my order I've paid for on several occasions!

Went to drive thru took a long time
They asked if we wanted sauce we asked
For mild gave us our food we asked if they gave us sauce they said it was in the boxes when we got home no sauce and food was poorly made
