On this evening, I was ordering dinner for myself, my son and my niece. We were told that there were no sodas to order and could only order tea, Hi-C, and the frozen Fanta drinks. That was alright since we drink tea however, after we drove off and tasted the tea it was clear that it had been there for a while. I attempted to call to let them know that the tea was bad but no one answered the phone. The other issue that I had was that my fish sandwich was hard as a rock. I know from working at McDonald's when I was younger that after a while it's best to throw out the fish because it becomes dry as in this instance.

This is possibly the worst service ever. I asked for 2 large fries and a 2 for 3 and I got the fries and they were ice cold and I asked for fresh fries the lady took her sweet time to come to the window after I tried to notify her. She took the bag and asked me to pull up to the parking spot. I moved up and proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the order it got to a point to where I had to go back around in the line just to speak to a manager because I requested a refund and she tried to give me my food and it’s still not the right way I wanted it but at this point I don’t have the patience nor the energy to continue to play game with this McDonald’s I will not be returning

The worst McDonald’s. On our way home to Canada we picked up breakfast here. Coffee was lukewarm at best. The crust on one half of each McMuffin was as hard as a puck! All garbage. We have always counted on the consistent high quality meals at McDonald’s until this dreadful experience!

Store had no inside access. Parking was issue with travel trailer. Order via the McDonald's app for curbside delivery and had to wait over 25 minutes for our food. It was hot, but a long wait for two burgers, fries and drinks

The customer service here was not good. First they hand me a cup of tea with no ice. I requested ice and they gave an excuse why they didn't give me ice. Then, they hand me the caramel frappe' without extra caramel that was requested. The window person gets upset that I don't take the frappe. Instead of just adding the extra caramel, the girl opens the cup, pour out the frappe, starts over, and asks me to pull in a reserved park. It was an awful experience. They just give you whatever and expect you to take it. Glad I'm not from the area.

No ice!!! It was hot outside!!! It would have been nice to know that you didn't have ice when I ordered my drink. I received a hoooottttt sweet tea instead of an ice cold and refreshing sweet tea. Thanks McDonald's!!! Y'all get worse by the second.

It was just okay. The fries were hard, but, hot. The Big Mac was just okay. The best thing was the frozen coke mixed with cherry or strawberry. The new mngr was nice. I always go past this one, which is closest to me and go to the one another 1/2 mile from my apt. This is because customer service, especially with the previous mngr was non-existent. She appears not to be there anymore.

The service is quite abysmal. I understand there's a lot going on but there tends to be some unpleasant behaviors from a couple people. I tried to get someone's attention but she just passed by and didn't even say anything when she returned. I told another I was here to pick up a mobile order, but she never came back with it, had to tell someone else. This is not the only time situations as these have occurred.

Disgusting disgusting disgusting!!! I watched a young lady sweep the drive thru area and then proceed to bag up my food. When I made a comment about it the cashier made it seem like I was wrong for mentioning that to him. The manager at the time proceeded to tell me I will drop new fries for you and the other staff made a comment about me complaining! This is a food service place...why in world would you think it is ok to touch my food while sweeping the store? And you didn't try to wash your hands. On top of it all there were no apologies regarding that disgusting behavior if anything I was treated as if I in-convinced them

This location is absolutely horrible I hate even goin there the drive thru is always slow my wait is always 10-20 mins and customer service sucks!!! I'd rather go to the Lake Spivey location drive thru moves alot faster and customer service is always great! Last I check its called fast food BC you're suppose to get it quickly usually when ppl come thru the drive thru its BC they are in a hurry son why make them sit and wait 10-20 mins on an order took me 10 mins to get a Frappé this mornin SMH!!! #GETITTOGETHER

The customer service was poor at the drive thru. Working in healthcare for 27 years, one thing for certain is customer service. If the employees don't want to work there then they should leave. Questioning the customer and offering their opinion is not what they are paid to do.

I love going to this McDonalds! I order my food, and then they never get it right! I get to guess what they're going to give me. It's so fun! Today, I ordered the manager's big mac with no pickles with some fries, and instead I got a regular big mac WITH pickles, and cold fries! So exciting! What do you expect, it's McDonalds.

Slow service. Play area is always dirty. No cup lids or napkins anywhere. Water standing and people sliding around. Poor management to not keep this place up and clean like it should be.

I used my first promo code at this location today. Had a special request and was told that is why my order was taking so long (buy 1 QP and get 1 free) both with extra pickles and onions. Unfortunately i didn't check my order before exiting the drive thru. Got home, took my food out to eat, and i paid over $4 for 2 cheeseburgers! Tried to call and complain. Made 5 calls with every single one ignored and sent to fax machine! This was after 10 PM so i know for a fact it was not so busy that not 1 of the 6 people i seen standing around could not answer the phone! NEVER go this location! So i hope whoever paid $2.50 for my 2 quarter pounders due to THEIR employees screwup enjoyed them! If i could give them less than 1 star, i would've!

i normally have no issues here..BUT Last night i ate at this location.. ordered 2 Mcchickens with tomato...And a sweet tea...A few hours later i was very very sick...I wont go into the gross details here but the pain was intense...had to call out of work and been in bed all day...i will NEVER set foot in this place again.Thanks for nothing!

Being handicapped,my weekly orders for my grand children are easier through the windows. There's usually one thing missing from my large orders. But today was bad. First, when I pulled up, there were 3 cars iin each order-line. While I waited, 6 cars went through the other line before I even gave an order.
Then when I finally got my order, there were 4 items missing. (My fault, I failed to count my order while still at the window, due to the long line behind me.)
The convenience of a window order shouldn't cost me in items paid for, but not delivered. A few dollars per week adds up over time. So from now on, HELLO BURGER KING!

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! THE PLAY PLACE SMELLS LIKE FEET AND MOLD. MY KIDS WONT EVEN PLAY IN THERE, AND NOTHING EVER KEEPS THEM FROM PLAYING!!! LEAVING AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!
