No host to seat us, waitress was helpful. The cook walked out and the steak was so small. It was me amd my husband anniversary we wanted dessert but the waitress closed out our ticket. We got Salmon on the side she charged us for two extra meals. I don't recommend this place we won't be returning.
Food was hot and good but the service was slow (reason for the 3 stars) however I do understand that being short staff plays a major part in the slow service. Now Hiring sign was posted as it is in most establishments these days. Also, would have rather the rating be better than 82 this was my 1st v
So we came here for Valentine's Day and what we got compared to what we were supposed to get is just absurd. We came here because we liked their food and service and there was a 15 minutes wait which we understood because of the day we had came, but to see the plates how we got our food that it was
My friend and I thought we would give Applebee's another try. I had the 8oz sirloin, garlic mashed potatoes and onion rings. Cooked perfectly. My friend had the 6oz salmon, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. He only got two pieces of broccoli. Nothing like your photo. Sad for what he

Our wait time I'd say was around 10 mins or less but can I tell you can the host walk a little bit more slowly... sshheww!?

The purpose of curbside, is for the food to be brought out to you. I waited almost 15 minutes after checking in for my food and two other people were there before me already still waiting. I went inside and some of my order was missing. They ran out of to go containers for sides and was using styrof
Our waitress was great, the food was good, (a tad bit cold, but still good), our drinks were good. Overall the service was decent. However the idiot at the door, I don't know what to refer to her position......she was beyond horrible. There were 3 large adults in our party, one toddler and a 12 yr.
