First time here was a good experience. It wasn’t crowded & my waiter encouraged me & my date to take our time & enjoy our stay it was no rush. My waiter was a big reason why the experience was good with his personality & going above & beyond with his customer service. The food was delicious I had the Toowoomba Salmon & it was really good topped with shrimp, mushrooms & creole sauce with a Strawberry Kiwi Rita for the drink which was also delicious. For dessert I ordered the Thunder & Lightning & that was good too everything was just good, my order was correct wasn’t nothing wrong & can’t wait to go back again.

The food was delicious, and the service was A1, but my guest and I asked for our steaks to be cooked well done and they were still pink inside😒 We didn't want to wait any further, so we opted to eat it as is. Tasty and tender, just not to our specifications, hence the 4 star rating instead of a 5.

Food and service were wonderful. We enjoyed our evening out. I had chicken fingers and he wanted a steak. The steak was tender but my mac m cheese was not good. Idk what it needs but just starting over with it. Not cheesy, not cooked enough, not seasoned and had the nerve to have an up charger for "steakhouse mac n cheese" 🙄🙄

I ordered blooming onion and chicken & shrimp pasta this evening on line for curbside pickup. Online confirmation said my order would be ready at 7:26pm. I arrived at 7:29pm but my order wasn't ready until 8:04pm. Once I received the brown bag with food, I sat the bag on my car seat to make sure everything I ordered was there. When I pickup blooming onion container, it had grease at the bottom that soaked through the bag and on my car seat. It was so much grease that I could have cooked another meal with it. I told the lady that delivered bag about the grease soaked through the bag onto my seat and that I needed napkins. She brought me another bag instead of napkins. Luckily I found a napkin in my car to clean the seat. Once I arrived home and opened the blooming onion container it was soaked with grease. It wasn't a blooming onion anymore, its a wilted onion. The chicken & shrimp pasta was "just alright." I ordered the same meal last Saturday, dine in service and it was delicious. Curbside pickup was not a good idea.

On Sunday, May 29th around 4:30pm, a group of about 30 of us dined at this Outback Steakhouse location in Stockbridge to celebrate a sister in the Lord’s birthday. Tiffany, the site manager if I’m not mistaken, explained that they were undergoing shift changes so they were short of servers. To assist with accommodating our large group, she joined the wait staff to take our orders and serve our group. The food came out really fast and everything we had was delicious. Tiffany and Michael, our other server, provided us with exceptional service. Not only did we get to enjoy a good time of fellowship, but we also received great service and delicious food.

I love this location. Our waitress Jessica B was amazing. I will definitely look for her next time I come it. Not a lot of super servers now a days but she is one of the few. She’s attentive, friendly, smiles and I never had to look for her she came to us. The food was perfect an every bite was delicious.

Horrible service waited 15 mins after being seated before server came to our table. Hostess them asked for our drink order. 1 hour later- no food & no one at the hostess table for us to ask for our drink bill. Every tine we try to give this location a 2nd chance ...it’s a disaster. Never again 9.30pm at night & no food. Unbelievably bad service at this location.

Our server was Angela and she was amazing! Steaks were cooked perfectly! Everything was wonderful and food came out fast. I even called the manager over to compliment our server and everything. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks for a great experience!

Our server was totally out of her element. The table floor was dirty; however the host did sweep the booth while we stood up. Tea was un-sweetened and when we notified our server, she asked, "are you sure?" twice...bread was cold and she doubted us again...but never removed the cold bread from our table. Appetizer Sampler was overlooked and scare with cheese and bacon. Server became scare from our table throughout the evening. She waited on two additional tables that were not pleased with her service. Server was not familiar with the sides (fresh veggies vs seasonal veggies). Server made excuses throughout the evening. Entrees were brought out by kitchen staff and server never asked if our order was as ordered. Had to remind server of melted butter for lobster. Table was not bussed, thus we stacked appetizer, bread plates to the end of our table and asked her to please remove. When things became progressively worse after asking for check and 'to go' boxes, she got lost again. Check was incorrect and we we were tired of waiting for her to correct our tab and return to our table. After speaking with a manager, he apologized and explained she was new and overwhelmed. Server should have shadowed an experienced and professional server. Unfortunately our dining experience at this Outback was a 'FAIL'!

The food was ok, but the service really sucked! My husband had nothing to drink for pretty much his whole meal. Idk what the hell the waitress was doing. We won’t go back to this location or maybe even Outback at all!

Excellent Service from our Waiter Josh and our Food was excellent! The Manager stopped to say hello and check on everything and returned with a few extra crab legs for my Hubby for no reason!!! This has been our favorite steak house for years!
