Visited this Costa for the first time today.
Found the coffee shop clean and well layed out, with warm coffee smell as entered.
The staff were friendly and personable, and the products were tasty and well prepared. My partner and I, both commented 'we will be back'

After an awful experience at Tim Hortons next door where I walked out after 30 minutes waiting on a roll and coffee, Costa came to the rescue. Order placed and food on my table within a couple of minutes!! Thanks.

Visited today with a friend for coffee and 1 member of staff absolutely excelled in customer service.. Finn deserves recognition for his outstanding friendliness, kindness and overall customer service. His natural ability to approach customers without being intrusive to ask if everything was ok was something I’ve never seen in a coffee shop. I visit this branch regularly and have never witnessed any staff making it a point to make sure their customers were happy with everything and ask if they need anything. I’ve only ever had interaction with staff at the counter serving, all who are very pleasant but Finn, just a young boy, outshone every member of staff I’ve ever spoke with in this branch. I hope his manager and head management of Costa realise what an exceptional member of staff they have. I would make it a point to go to this coffee shop on the days he was working and choose this branch over any others purely because of his exceptional customer service. Fantastic Finn and hope to see you again soon. Employee of the week, month, year in my opinion

Great relaxed atmosphere.
Terrific coffee and selection of snacks. Lots of available parking.
One star off for terribly designed tall glass cups with the low handle.
Top heavy balance top contain hot coffee.
Yes, you can ask for a change of cup, but having them at all seems to be putting design before function.

Visited just before 2 pm so expected it to be busy with late lunch goers. It was quiet and got served right away. No problems getting a table.

Popped in for a coffee before going to the cinema. Although it was quite busy, service was fairly quick and there was no hold ups. Tables were available and all clean. Coffee and cakes were fresh and delicious.

Just like most Costa Coffees it has great coffee and a wide selection of cakes and snacks. On my visit it looked short staffed, which might be due to Covid restrictions. Therefore service was slower than usual and tables were behind in being cleaned. However, the staff were kind and friendly and when available were happy to help.
