Bc's Mongolian Grill

Good experience here for takeout lunch. Me and my family have been coming here for years and like always, it all depends if the food is fresh or not. With that said, I definitely recommend picking out some fresh meats and veggies and getting them cooked up right on the spot in front of you! If they are fresh, The Chicken on a Stick is by far the best! If you dine in, the unlimited ice cream is fantastic as well.

The Mongolian BBQ is the best - can create your own stir fry dish with meat, noodle, veggie and sauce options. The buffet food is good. If you visit the website they may offer a downloadable coupon. Prices are reasonable. Updated Review: Since my first visit and review, improvements have been made. The carpet looks new and was clean. I had a different server who was polite and quickly cleared tables, and offered refills as soon as my glass was empty. I enjoyed my meal.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - you build your bowl with the frozen/uncooked items and it gets cooked by the chefs on a grill at the front of the store. They add a lot of "teriyaki" sauce as it cooks which was very soy saucey in taste and very salty overall. You have options of how many spoons of chili oil you would like for spiciness. The meat is frozen which gets really tough as they cook. Ambience: N/A - got the food to go. Store was very busy with quite a line to get the food cooked Service: 5/5 - understaffed with just one server, one person stocking food, and two cooking. However, everyone was really friendly Value for price: 3/5 - price was decent for the amount of food but it is very salty. Great for something simple but not for everyone

I have had wonderful experiences at Mongolian BBQ but today was not great. Our drink server took our orders of one regular and one Diet Coke. Came back with two regular cokes. I cannot stand the taste of regular Coke, figured it was no big deal and I would ask for a diet when she came back to get our dirty plates. She never came back. We watched her go around to other tables and collect their dirty plates, she never came to ours. We left with four dirty plates and two bowls stacked on the side of our table. I didn’t get a drink with my meal unfortunately. First world problem, not a huge deal. Two stars because my chicken wings were undercooked. Extremely dangerous and very disappointing. Hopefully next time will be better.

Its a limited buffet, but I was pleased to see they had sushi and Wakame seaweed.The big flat top grill is the main attraction. The guy working the grill was working non stop. The poor guy had to haul his own dishes and restock the food items The options on that line, which slowed down the cooking process, but everyone waited patiently, as the grilled noodles are pretty good. I'll be visiting this place again.
