Love their sausage and cheese biscuit but other food is good but a little pricey for my budget, I stick to the dollar menu, if you don't check ur bags after purchase at times they leave out food that you paid for and turn around and have to fight with them just to get your food order right, this has happened to me three times so far, even if you have your reciept with you, if you leave and go back when the order is missing something then they told me I probably took it out or I ate it already, which is far from the truth, by the time I went back and fought with the manager and went home all food was cold and fries were limp and not crunchy, so just check your order before you leave. Some of the ladies there are very rude!

Don’t pay your workers enough so your always understaffed. Have to wait 30 minutes in the line for a DoorDash that has one item. When I call to have them just bring it out they can’t because there’s not enough people to do something that would take 2 seconds. Either keep your lobby open later or pay your workers more. Your wasting my time and money when I could be out doing other orders.

Great store, friendly staff, plenty of parking on both sides of the building. They did a excellent job on my chicken biscuit and Chicken McGriddle this morning. Everything was hot and fresh and the syrup on the McGriddle set it off. Absolutely loving the McDonald's app honestly I don't like having extra apps on my phone but I don't think I could beat some of the deals even if I made it at the house.

Wow, normally this McDonald's is fairly clean and pretty quick. Went there for breakfast this morning. Waited almost an hour for my order, which was paid for upon making the order. NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Instead, the manager stated they lost the ticket, blamed me, and then proceeded to make me go to the bank to provide proof for an order for less than $10.00. He said he wouldn't do anything or provide professional customer services and wouldn't look up the order. When he supposedly looked into the system, he said he could not find any proof. Once I left, obtained the proof, and then returned, he made no condolences and stated he had already refunded the card and the money "may" be returned in 24-48 hours. This again was after he said he couldn't find proof of the purchase. Waste of time, waste of gas, and also lacking professionalism! Management should be trained and held accountable. This was a complete disappointment and will not be returning to this location. I was treated like my time and money were irrelevant. Absolute disgrace.

The drive through was slow and a little rude and they still managed to mess up my sandwich. I specifically asked for no ketchup and not only did my burger have an aggressive ount of ketchup there were also chunky bits in the ketchup, like they had taken the dried ketchup on the outside of the container and smooshed it on the burger. Needless to say, the burger was inedible. I have a severe a tomato allergy and if I weren't neurotic about checking my food, I would have been incredibly sick after 1 bite. I will not be going back to this location anytime in the near future.

I had to go through the drive thru, because even though the door said the lobby closes at 10, the doors were locked at 9:05. Then when i finally got to the window, I got told they were waiting about 2 minutes on a hamburger patty, and they needed me to pull forward. I waited in the space for 15 minutes and had to call the store before they finally brought the food out
