We had a drive-through order on last Sunday. I was having some trouble to pull up current offers. An African-American lady was taking order who helped me with placing the order and she was really sweet. Thanks to her. We ordered some jalapeño bites and large fries. Those were really yummy! Loved it! 😍😍

I asked for no mayo and got mayo. The guy at the speaker told me the number 9 didn't have mayo it came with savory sauce I said on that's fine I get home and there's mayo all over it. Im allergic to mayo so thank goodness I check my food before eating it.

I have tried this place twice, once about 5 years ago and found a hair. Thought I'd give it another try and bam I found another hair. Food was good! Just seams as maybe it needs a remodel and a new store manager!

The Texas double wasn't spicy, although that wasn't the problem. Burger was made wrong. The clerk had stepped out. Nobody else behind the counter wanted to help. Stood there like an idiot for 5m trying to get attention. Eventually she returned and got it fixed but it shouldn't have required such effort.

They can't hear or take orders right. Went to make sure my burger was right he started yelling at me saying i asked you what was on the screen right. I was just making sure my burger right. But yeah his customer service is not worth anyone going to.

They really need better or more help. Either way they are too SLOW getting food out. I always wait at least 10- 15 mins in the drive through and only have lobby open literally ONLY during the day. So inconvenient and waste of time. Also even all the time we wait the food is cold.

I order online 2 rodeo chzburgers and when I arrived 20 min.ago the lady was upset saying next time tell them at the speaker instead of just pulling up to the window. When I got my food it was cold ,no cheese ,hard old onion rings and I will be definitely calling corporate .I'm extremely upset even my 2 orders of jalapeño poppers were cold .just cause they were closing no customer's are supposed to be treated this way period and I just tried my Hershey pie it was hot and melted .I'm also going to see what I can about this .I didn't eat none of this food cause your not able too yuck 🤢
