My son was getting married and I was excited to buy the groom's cake for him, my now daughter in law and I went to a bridal show in Stillwater and we picked cake crazy because the ladies there were very nice and the cake tasted great, we showed them what we wanted and she assured me it would be done, so my part of it was done, fast forward 11 months later to the wedding, the cakes showed up 2 hours before they were suppose to, and 6 hours before the wedding, sitting there all day, you can tell by the pics that the 2nd from the bottom was already messed up when they put it up, the wedding cake had the worse lean to it and after hours of sitting there and then the flowers were added it was even worse (that's a different story) and while putting up the cake they broke a sign that was sitting there and all they did was push it aside, one of our guest saw them, but for me the grooms cake, I was so upset, it was a white cake with a small duck on the top and an eyeball on it, YES eyeball. the green behind the cake I put there just to give it some kind of better look , The ladies were rude and kept making excuses pretty much making us feel like that's what we ordered, I will not get anything from them again and will keep telling my friends and family not to use them, and the only reason i'm giving them a 2 star was the cake was great, but the customer service and the people that work there are terrible, my son has talked to them multiple times and keep telling him the same thing, Sorry nothing we can do about it

I love cake crazy. Their cupcakes are so good I had them do my wedding cake. I had a great experience, got exactly what I wanted and the cake was delicious. I recently returned to town for a visit and the cakes hold up. My favorite is the mocha, but I haven't had a bad cake let. They use plenty of icing, and the cake isn't dry.

I was very disappointed in the cake which my husband purchased from Cake Crazy for my birthday. He came home over two weeks before my birthday and let me know that he had ordered a cake for $25. He did not know that I had already gotten cake mix and frosting for a birthday cake. He called Cake Crazy to request a refund and they told him that they could not give him a refund because they reserve a spot and may have already told others that they cannot make a cake on that day. I thought that a two week notice of cancellation (the day after the order was made) was more than enough time to request a refund. When he brought the cake home, I was very surprised that a 6-inch round cake with no decoration was so expensive. But I would not be writing this post if the cake were good. It was very dry, the frosting was extremely sweet and none of the 8 people who tried it finished their piece. We will not return to this bakery in the future.

Ok the cupcakes /cakes are good. The only thing is customer service there were two people working at 300 and one was helping customer with wedding cake and tasting so after 10mins wait time I got help with a order that would have been more just chose two cupcakes. I totally get that she was prepping the tasting but only take a few sec to help get a order that already made and when trying to answer questions and not paying attention to the customer your helping not really good business practice

be careful if you decide to order with this place, keep very good documentation of what you ordered and with whom you ordered it. and be prepared to repeat yourself several times. also proof everything. if you want your 3 tier wedding cake to stand straight and tall, FORGET IT! it will come leaning and it will be your fault because of a hurricane in Florida . yes the wedding was in still water, OK. if you decide to have them build a cake from a photo that you found and sent to them, FORGET THAT TOO! it might come with a random eye located at the base of the cake that has nothing to do with the theme of decoration. again your fault! Next time i'll use Walmart, at least they wont call me a flat out liar and maybe ill get my cakes at the predetermined time of arrival, not 2 hours prior to. i picked 1 star because google made me, if they had negative stars it would be a -5.

Came in like Miley Cyrus in a white leotard looking for her next hit single. Broke wedding decor, terrible looking cake, horrible tasting cake, and the service was even worse. If you try to talk to them about the poor service they provide, you get called a liar. If I would have known they hire toddlers too decorate cakes, my 3 year old daughter would be gainfully employed with them since her artistic abilities and sense of quality rival theirs.
