Firehouse Subs

In these times you would think the people would be friendly and welcoming to customers, not here it was as if they were all mad that someone came in. Every employee seemed like it was a bother to be at the job. The sandwich wasn’t bad but it was supposed to be warm, mine was warm on the edge cold in the center. Won’t return to this particular location, not one thank you, enjoy or even a have a nice day. Disappointing experience.

My wife & I used to love this place... we would eat here on our lunch breaks. The food was always good & the so was the service... the last two times we have been my sandwich has been a little cold in the middle, but colder than my sandwich were the two girls behind the counter. Absolutely zero interest in helping the customer. The bathroom was disgusting. I have loved firehouse, I’d like to continue to support but this location needs to step it up.

Usually really good. Only 4/5 because this time, I received a mayo sandwich. There was so much mayo, the sandwich was soggy by the time I got it home to eat. There was mayo glopped on both pieces of bread, and globs falling off of the ham and stuff. I like mayo, but this was kinda sickening. Must be a new mayo-loving employee...

Foods good. Establishment is horrifically dirty. It’s a slow Wednesday afternoon. Two other customers in the store. Soda machine, lid counter, bathroom, floor were filthy. Soap dispenser is also not working, so much for covid. I hate leaving bad reviews but I think the owner deserves to know what’s going on.

If you love over priced warm soggy sandwiches then this is the place for you! Every time I go I am continually disappointed worse than the time before it. Their prices are about $2 too high on every size of sandwich they offer. The only saving grace about this place is they have about 40 different hot sauces to put on your sandwich to make it palatable. If you're looking for a solid sandwich place do yourself a favor and just keep driving to Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's.
