Aspen Coffee Co

I went in to order a few drinks and a sausage roll this morning for my coworkers. I had two customers order in front of me than placed my order and proceeded to make sure if it was okay that I sat in my car. They assured me it would not take long and so I told them I would be right back. I watch the man who ordered ahead of me leave with his coffee and four other customers walk in. I went inside to wait as I assumed my order would be completed soon. They had attended to the four people who came in after me before starting mine so I waited about an extra 10 minutes because they did not make the orders in the order they came in. It is common sense. It almost made me late for work and they did not heat up my sausage roll, and I’m pretty sure they did not steam the milk that went into our drinks as our drinks were not hot when I received them right after they were made. Just an overall bad experience that made me never want to go back.

This is the best local coffee shop. I’m begging you all, please stop supporting corporate nonsense at Starbucks and visit Aspen. The employees are faster, the espresso is fresh, the drinks are cheaper, and you’ll get your service with a hometown smile. The food is fresh and prepared the day of. Starbucks food is shipped in and stored frozen for weeks. Such a better chain, consider switching over to Aspen!
