Have come here several times a week for months no issue. Negative reviews seems to be about understaffing and waits, which is common among every eatery for two years now. I've switched to app for good discounts and quicker service (waiting on rack to just come and grab).

I believe in supporting local and helping our smaller independents. I also expect a value for what’s charged me. This was NO VALUE! I don’t order salads from sandwich shops, but I’d try it. Mistake! No Salad dressing, just sandwich smear available. Less then what’s put on a sandwich for veggies on a veggie salad. Couldn’t even eat it. $0.75 less then a meatball sub, but worth $1.00 as an add on to the sub. Pathetic. Won’t do that again. Please train your guys to properly make a salad and offer actual dressing if you sell a salad.

I felt bad for the man working this day. He was alone doing online orders(more than 1 sandwich) and taking patrons orders. The wait was long. It didn't bother us, 3 hungry teens or wait, definitely wait. Not everyone felt that way and left. I think two people should work during the 4pm shift. Business was steady, worth having a second person in my opinion. Consider ordering online if you need a sandwich before 5pm. Otherwise at 5pm, two people work and it willbe faster. The food was worth the wait!

I have rediscovered Subway this past 2 years. Great menu and locations near home and work.i order online and pickup in 15 minutes. It used to work this way until this past month. I drive up to get my order, and have waited 10 minutes for an absent minded staff to notice an order was missed. Who wakes them up? Today I ordered, and joined club Subway, when I arrived for my 2 hot items, they hadn't even noticed an order was placed. Why does the app give me a pickup time that only I know about? Please do better.

I recently ordered a chopped salad with chicken. The quality was good, the quantity was a rip off. I walked out with less than half a bowl of salad. I can go home and add ingredients but for me the disturbing part was that the server did not want to honor my request for more lettuce and spinach and told me he wouldn't get it all in the bowl. That is very poor customer service.

I come to this location several times a week during the day. Unfortunately every time I come in at night something is wrong. I ordered my food online at 5 to be ready for pick up at 530. Walked in at 5 p to see my meal not done and on the rack but rather sitting on the counter barely started as they helped another woman. Had to wait a good 7 mins before our sandwiches are done. Apparently as I was filling up my drink they made the decision to toast my sandwich which was not on the order. I do not like warm meat and lettuce and melted cheese. Get all the way home and this is when I discover it was wrong. Neither had the surgery xtra cheese we ordered and both toasted. Called in to ask about them and the teenager that answered the phone was so rude and didn’t even seem to care they were wrong. I had to drive back the 15 mins to get corrected.
