Review Mcdonald's - Stevensville

This has been one of the most friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to. We had a crowd of 10 (3 adults/7 teenage boys) and they treated each and everyone of us great. And the food seemed better than my local (near Chicago) McDonald's. Place was very clean. Service was quick and accurate! Thanks to all of them.

Just went through the drive thru. They forgot my sauces for the chicken nuggets, fine whatever...went inside and the guy was on his cellphone and i stood there for like 2 minutes before he turned around. Then i get home and our fries are not even cooked all the way through and still partly frozen.

Coffee....great. Muffin Tops....should cost about 30¢ Sorry, but a 3 bite mini muffin & coffee should not cost $2.52!

Via Drive-thru, took entirely too long for someone to ask for our order. Then, we ordered 2 Crispy Chicken meals, large, with 2 other meals, medium. So of course we got 4 medium fries. (Strike 1) I asked for extra pickles. I got 2 shiveled lil pickles slices (Strike 2) Attempt to eat this chicken sandwich, and immediately regret taking the bite. Pretty sure this is old overcooked hardened chicken. And yes, both Chicken sandwiches are inedible. (Strike 3)

Ordered 2 large diet cokes. Waited at least 20 minutes on the drive thru.

As far as McDonald's or any fast food dining place, it's clean. They get orders right and get you on your way.

Today I came in to get a replacement coffee because when I went thru previously you had given me a coffee with cream. All I wanted was a black coffee. Let me tell you what I got instead. I got a woman at the window that could just pour me a new one the right way because i hadn't called before I came in. When I complained she said she had to get a manager. Someone came on and identified them self as a manager. But she couldn't pour me a new coffee either. When I said...whats wrong with you people you're about to lose a customer...someone quickly cut in and identified herself also as a manager. She was curtious and said she would have a cup waiting for me at the window. But this cup of coffee is not hot, it is watered down and tasteless and i put it in a glass so I could look at it. You can see thru it. Would you like to see the picture? Is this really how you do business? I am a local and in spite of the new crew you brought in this summer that does nothing but mess up.. I still come in and do business with you, giving them every chance to learn to do better. I think I'm done after today though.

This location seriously needs help with order correctness. It seems they always mess something up. The last 3 times I've been they forgot my Fry,I had to leave because it took so long and today I ordered 2 sausage bisquits with egg and they gave me 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. The kicker is they even put them in their correct wrappers but wrong bread... I've worked at McDonald's as a teen and we would have gotten a chewing if we did as poorly as this location does...

Never get out in less than 15 minutes, and not once have they gotten an order right. Not going back any more

Your customer service is poor. This is the worst McDonald in this area

I hav3 a public video comments... View at will I pulled upto the drive thro at around 6pm. Waited for my order to be taken, when after a few mins. A truck pulls upto the other drive and gets his order taken 1st. Then im upset, i tell the "manager" at the 1st window who is in the video at the end, my problem with my order not being taken 1st and he blows me off by saying it was the other workers fault. Then, i pull up and wait for the truck to get their food, and after they leave i continue to wait... About 10 mins. At the begining of the video its blurry at 1st the guy is picking his nose � then gets on his phone � and i continue waiting. Finally the "manager" walks up and he gathers my food. Which was opened in the bag cause the wrapper come off. Instead of arguing so they spit in my food or something, i decided to tell the store manager.. Its been 3 days and i have yet to get the call back! Seriously#!!! This is what u want for a reputation???!!!! #illDriveToBridgman2eat

Had a poor experience just last night. Took my children (one being 3, the other just 4 months) out for some us time. While sitting in the lobby, an employee was talking loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. She was talking about how she could smell strong weed and then asked a male co-worker if he had asked a girl if she was "DTF". She didn't actually say the full abbreviation, she said DTF but anyone who is fluent in current day text language knows what it means. This is NOT appropriate for ANY business. I was once a manager for the Bridgman store and I know the rules inside and out. Common sense! Where was the management??

Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!!!. Whatever you do, keep driving, DO NOT STOP at this McDonalds. I was on my way back from Ann Arbor and stopped here for dinner. The restaurant was out of ice, ketchup and napkins. I was given the wrong food at first, when I went back up to get my 10 piece nuggets, I noticed that some fell out of the box and into the bag ( I was eating there, no reason for a bag) One nugget fell onto the tray and the women picked it up with her bare hand and placed it back in the box. My french-fries were not cook, and very cold. While I was eating someone spilled a large soda, it took 3 people and over 5 minutes to clean this up. I was here for about 20 minutes and in that time one person brought out a small bucket of ice and no one filled to ketchup. When we left we asked to speak to the manager and if someone could get them for us. They told us that they cannot do that and that we should wait in line to speak with them ourselves. This was by far the worst McDonalds experience ever, I noticed other customers complaining as well while I was there. Do not go to this franchise if you are looking for an edible meal!<br/>

If you are going to McDs - go to this one. Easy in and out to I-94 Exit 23.
