I have taken my (rambunctious, energetic) son to several of the Kids Yoga classes and he loves them! The instructor is so good with the kids. I usually sit outside the room and read a book and by the sound of things, the kids have a blast and actually do yoga, too. ;) We'll keep coming back and I hope to try out a class for myself too!
