Went for Wu Tang Wednesday. Tacos were $2 as were Mexican beers. Sampled 5/6 taco types and all were good. The chicken pibil was the favorite. We also got the chips, salsa, and guac. Green salsa was the favorite and the guac was very good as well. We got a couple cocktails--neither of us are tequila
Excellent, fresh food. The flavors and textures make dining at El Jefe a treat! Even the Pico de Gallo is delightful. The crafted cocktails are delicious. Very friendly staff and management. Highly recommended.

I walked in only an hour after opening. I was the only one in there which was nice. The waitresses were super nice and friendly.
Great food, extremely friendly and helpful staff! Fun place to go with a group and order tons of items from the menu! Staff was great when we had a surprise birthday party, they had as much fun as we did! Awesome drink selection and love they change the menu often!! Tapas restaurants are the best!!
The food here is elevated Mexican cuisine. It may be a little pricey but totally worth it. Everything is made fresh. Their take on Tres Leches cake is second to none. The best bang for your buck is the nachos, trust me you won't be disappointed.
I went there for the first time tonight and am on the fence about this place. The decor is cool, and the pineapple-ancho salsa and guajillo chicken tacos were delicious.
