Tables are dirty. Food is delivered cold. Old chicken served. There's a health code for a reason. Service times on food shouldn't be ignored

The food was good, the staff was friendly, and Cody was exceptionally nice both behind the counter and when he was cleaning up out in the eating area when he found my purse that I had accidentally left behind. When I came back about 10 minutes later he had turned it into the manager and my purse and contents were safe. Thanks Cody!

Customer service was great. BUT sadly the food was horrible. The chili tasted like watered down ketchup, the nuggets tasted like old cooking oil and the baconator fries were exaggeratingly salty. What a shame.

Nothing more disappointing then driving over to get a chili at 6pm and they are out for the night . I mean we’ve only had 3 cold days in a row. Why would they have there best cold weather food? Maybe slapping 4 on the stove first thing would be thing they train for unusual cold days. IDK just very disappointing . Then getting parked to rig there drive thru times . Idk

Got a frosty here and the service was fast, but the bathroom was falling apart. I always like going here but the upkeep on some of there restaurants could be better.

I ordered through doordash because I love the baconator and it's a bit too far of a walk (Don't have a car). Several times they gave me the wrong thing. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no bacon jam, they gave me a regular chicken sandwich with bacon jam. I ordered ketchup for my baconator fries. As you can probably guess, there was no ketchup. The people who work here are lazy and bad workers. I know it's just a fast food place, but this is stupid.

Tend to not get items ordered. Have to go back in. In the drive through you get asked to pull forward when they aren't busy and after waiting they still get the order wrong. Wouldn't complain but it's a consistent problem.

Stopped in to get a cold drink, two frostys and grab some burgers so we wouldn't have to worry about dinner. Our wait was short as it was late afternoon and everything was great! We were greeted warmly by the manager! This crew works circles around the Wendy's in Brush.
