Ordered delivery, mistake #1... They forgot my guacamole which I paid extra for and gave me a small sized drink when I paid for the extra large. I pretipped was mistake #2. Now I've been waiting over an hour for them to bring me guacamole and another drink. It still isn't here.. I'm basically waiting for guacamole to put on a very cold burger... I called and was told he had 2 orders to deliver.. Over an hour to deliver 2 orders!? Wow.. Also this $5.99 cheesecake seems a little expensive for how small it is. No offer of a refund or making a new burger with guacamole on it.... Definitely not ordering from here ever again. :/ super bummed out it's 10:30pm at night. I need to go to bed, not wait to eat something I ordered 2 hours ago. Awesome, now they won't answer the phone. I'm going to bed and don't want them ringing my door bell and waking me up but they won't simply answer so I can say that. Update: They called me that night and explained what happened. Said the power went out... Also told me I would be getting a refund. It's been a month with no refund. I've contacted them muiply times with no answer or refund. Definitely don't believe the power outage story any more. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Juicy hamburgers, cooked to order with fresh meat that has not been frozen, can be accompanied by generous portions of really good fries. Choose from a wide variety of toppings for your burger. Burgers well done, good and fast service, friendly staff, the meat is selected by the owner indeed the quality is very high. Quick service! Great place for take-out or delivery, ambience for eating there is lacking.

The food here is pretty good. I got a fish sandwich and my girlfriend got a turkey burger both which were pretty good and the fries were absolutely amazing. You should expect to wait between 10 and 20 minutes before you get your food but it's highly worth it. Although the ketchup dispenser didn't work and they didn't have lids for their cups and they were running low on straws and cups in general. I would still recommend this place.

Best burger place. We only went here based on reviews and I'm glad we did. First off,the people there are so nice and helpful, I've never had such great customer service in my life! Second,the fries are amazing,I'm not a fry person,but these are nice and crunchy and so good. The burger was delicious. It was freshly made,you can add any toppings and dressing to it. This place is pricey,but it's worth it. I will be back. You have to at least give this place a shot because it's amazing,best burger joint I've found yet!

Wanted to stop in for something to eat really quick before a family day of fun. I was sketchy about the place to begin with because no one was there and only one guy was working. We ended up choosing this place because we don't know the area too well and my children are picky eaters. Anyways, it was empty, the pop machine was all flat and not carbonated, ketchup container was filthy, the grille looked as if it were never cleaned since they opened. I ended up cancelling my order and getting my money back letting the gentleman know my concerns. Very unsanitary place to dine in. Always trust your gut!

Absolutely amazing burgers, amazing fries, and great smoothies. Watched him make the smoothie right in front of me, with fresh fruit. It was amazing. The burger had an amazing flavor, and was gone within 5 minutes! All of the ingredients tasted 100% fresh, and the main chef even said they get fresh meat in the morning, and at night, every day all week. I would definately eat here again!

The burgers tasted fine. The wait was really long for two burgers and fries & we were the only customers. They didn't add any of the condiments we ordered & we had to go back up to the counter & ask for them. I mean not even catchup on a burger. Five Guys makes just as good of a burger & they don't forget ur toppings & their cheaper.
