It was very strange because no one was in there and it is right next to a hotel. There was however a sign up there that would make one assume they were closed for business. Once we got inside though it is a very nice well kept together place. Very spacious and they even have small arcade games for children. I am still stumped as to why there wasn't anyone at all in there except for my husband and myself, but nonetheless service was amazing and the food was great as well.

Most of our table ordered burgers, and a few ordered theirs medium rare. After a 30 minute wait (and we were the only group in the resteraunt) they all came out well well done. When we brought it to our waitresses attention she was rude and standoffish about it. She finally offered to have them recooked, but at this point it wasn't worth the wait. Also, bacon wasn't put on some of the burgers, and fries on some plates were forgotten. My girlfriend's pasta swam in a greasy soup. If you're staying at this hotel do yourself a favor and order in pizza or go to one of the surrounding restaurants.

Service and food was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for someone to greet us. Then they were rude and said the buffet was going to be over in a few minutes. The buffet was $10 a person they should have paid me $10 to eat there. The hotel should have included it for free. Don't eat here. There's a million other places to go.

This place is standard room design and service. It's a great place for any type of party. This water park is over the top above average. There is a lazy river that parts off one section into the eye of the storm so to speak, whirlpool. There is 2 separate sections of kiddy pool fountain series. Also a water slide the drinks were spectacular and you can keep souvenir cups. The only critical thing I can mention is the pizza was cooked and toppings were up to par yet the pizza in general was nothing special. I was starving and i ate 1 piece of pie. The cheesecake was also bland. But ice cream was great. It's a beautiful banquet hall there are a few and it's gorgeous perfect for 2 beds

If only I could give this place negative stars, I would. Only went there because a friend likes it, however, the constant "attack" of "fruit flies" while trying to eat is certainly not conducive to pleasant dining. Makes me wonder what's going on in the kitchen. It's always hot and unventilated, things are broken and generally not maintained. The adjacent hotel/conference area is not any better. Big 👎.

Great service. Worst food I ever had experienced for the price. Walleye was overcooked and no more than around 4 oz. And how can you screw up fries!? Soggy/cold. Dinner salad good. No bread with meal.

Seriously people, don't waste your time and money! I went against my instincts, because I didn't feel like going anywhere. 1) Place is filthy and smells. 2) Waitress is rude. 3) Menu is without ample options. 4) Food was horrible and later made us sick. 5) Prices were outrageous. Later went to Ruby Tuesdays and it was great.

Ordered a breakfast. No more than 15 people in restaurant. Took 50 minutes for an omelet. Server kept apologizing but was not even interested in refilling my coffee. Food came and eggs were hot hash browns cold. Don't eat there the place is not organized.
