I ordered a breast wing mashed potatoes and green beans a jalapeno and a sweet tea so I got my food and had jalapeno poppers green beans and a leg and thigh. Went back and ordered mashed potatoes again so I ate what was there and left starving because you don't get much chicken on a leg and thigh. D
They have a big sign stating that the dining room is open but then you get there and it's all closed on the inside due to short staffing. I've worked in fast food. It really only takes one person to run the dining room and keep it clean. Either way, just take down the sign because it's not true.
Why would there be a 15minute wait in the middle of the lunch rush to get fried legs?? It's 12:30 in a college town less than a mile from campus. That is inexcusable. Also my drink was so full that the pressure of merely picking it up caused me and the inside of my bf's truck to become drenched in D
Meh, on the customer service. They spilled soda all over the inside of my truck. Now my buttons are all sticky. 😐 It's a 50/50 chance if you'll get fresh food, or a well put together meal. I just can't live w/out their special sauce!! Keeps me coming back every single time.

Bought a 8 pound bag of crushed ice, great price and I love the small crushed ice.
Didn't like the chicken it was too dry but they gave big pieces
