Was worried about being able to find vegan food in the town and was happy to see Rootz. Wife had the Pro21 smoothie. Thickness was great and it drank well. Flavor was a bit light for me but she enjoyed it. I had the Rocky Mountain panini and it was delicious. If you're looking for a healthy meal this is a great place to check out. Staff was very nice and service was prompt.

Rootz food was fresh and refreshing and had some great flavors! The vegan chia waffles are perfection, although I would always choose to have way more berries on them. The avocado smash was also quite good. The dish was definitely carried by the delicious bread they used. There could have been some more avocado on there, but it was still tasty. The green goddess smoothie was so good! Tons of greens packed in there, but it had a subtle sweet flavor that made it go down so easy. Staff was friendly and service was quick. The place itself is cute and has an upper and lower eating area. It is counter service, but after you sit down it is just a pleasant place for a quick meal.

Stumbled into this place by accident. Was going to leave until I looked at their menu. I was impressed with what they were cooking. I had the green coconut curry. It was excellent.

One of the best places I've ever stumbled upon... Shared a few drinks with friends and every smoothie, juice and hot beverage was top notch. I'm stoked to try them all now, but the chai latte is a favorite. Also, the vegan burrito was 10/10. Would highly recommend visiting this chill stop 💚🕉

Very friendly guys. The food is top notch and just what I was looking to eat to fuel for a long run. Parking is tricky on the weekends but it’s an walkable town.

Walked in a bit skeptical (I dont crave health food!)and very hungry. I left completely blown away by a delicious filling healthy meal. The flavors packed into the bison bowl I chose were amazing. We were a group of 5, everyone had a different dish. Service was fast, friendly and all loved their meal. You wont regret trying this gem.

Calling all healthy folk! Juice selections are yummy, but be ready for second choices as they were out of golden beets the day I was there. My 2nd choice was the green juice - delicious. Later I returned for a Buddha bowl which has BBQ flavor but not BBQ meat. There is a selection of chicken, tofu, or ??? can't recall. Chicken went well for me. That staff is friendly and helpful, very personable. There are tables inside and a couple outside. Steamboat has loads of eateries, but this place is unique, healthy, and diverse. I highly recommend a visit ... or 2.

Come here for freshly juiced organic fruit and vegetables! The braised bison was delicious too. And you can grab a cup of alkaline water while you wait for your fresh food to be prepared. We visited this place daily on our trip to a Steamboat. It's just that good!!!
