the service is too bad! the employees are in a bad mood at all times, they serve the burnt food and when you ask them to change it or give you your money back they just get angry and their attitude gets worse! If you are going to have a bad attitude, it is best not to work in a place where you have to deal with many people all day.

For someone who used to work here and is pretty serious about her coffee, this is now one of the worst Dunkins ever! I asked for a full fat ICED Latte, with only heavy cream-no milk. Lady gonna tell me they cannot do that with lattes...uhhh yes you can. She then lied to me, told me she would make it that way and did not. It has milk in it. So, someone here doesn't know about making coffee. Be it the owner or the manager. So, when someone asks for a full fat iced latte, it means with heavy cream. Up your coffee game! GO TO DUNKIN ON Broad St, they are much more coffee and people oriented!!

I I was looking for Southern style peach ice cream, they had one called fried peach ice cream I think did not like it so I ordered standard Oreo cookie ice cream which was still very good. Baskin-Robbins used to have a very good dark chocolate think it was called double fudge brownie, oh for those days!

Coffee is always fantastic. Short- staffed so get the app and order online. Lobby is closed often - please put a sign in the window!!!! Manager is NOT friendly but all other staff are great.

This Dunkin was horrible. Wait was forever but we were there in the middle of the day, out of munchkins again we were there late, Coolata machine was broken I understand this can happen, but the Latte they made was undrinkable and to top it all off they were out of gift cards. That is completely inexcusable. Gift cards don't perish. Should never run out of these. This proves horrible management and is proof for all the other failures. I'm very dissatisfied.

Dining room is open but when you go in you become INVISIBLE!!! We walked up to the counter, to the freezers… no one acknowledged our presence. The drive thru was busy. However if people aren’t going to be waited on unless I’m the drive thru CLOSE THE DANG DINING ROOM!!! I had a handicapped individual and it was no small task to get them into the building. We were inside politely waiting our turn for 15 mins. If you can’t hire people for lack of employment interest, then close the entrance. If you are leaving the dining open then train your employees on common courtesy practices. Clearly we were willing to wait since we were there for 15 mins as invisible patrons. We won’t be back! You are too busy to need our business!

I am a huge 'make your coffee at home' fan, but sometimes when I'm on the road, I'll occasionally get coffee in drive thru. My usual is Dunkin on East Broad Street. I was on the other side of town and stopped at this one. I ordered a medium iced coffee with whole milk, splenda, and the sugar free hazel nut flavor. My usual. I received a medium cup of whole milk with splenda and the hazel nut flavor. Not one drop of coffee in it. I was not a happy customer. When I said something the girl just looked at me like I was stupid. "Hey this drink looks a little light in color, is there coffee in it?" I look at cup of completely white milk. *Looks at me like I'm stupid, no response. Not even a have a good day* This is from the girl working the window. I do not recommend this one. Go to the one on East Broad Street. It's so much better. They know coffee.

Good place 2 bring the grandson 4 after pizza ice cream
