Over the last couple of weeks, this Taco Bell has been fantastic - the staff has been upping their game, super friendly, and fast. I was happy to see they put the Quesarito back on the regular menu, and both times I ordered extra meat, they made a perfect burrito with extra meat - very pleased with the current staff. Will be back more often because of it.

My husband and I went through the drive thru and placed a pretty simple order of 6 soft tacos and an order of hot ranch steak covered fries. Checked the bag before driving off and told the guy that the fries weren't in the bag only the tacos.....he didn't believe us and wanted the bag back only to see that the fries weren't in the bag! When he gave us the bag back all of our tacos had been unrolled out of the wrapper and we had 4 fries drowned in ranch and 2 pieces of steak. Done with Taco Bell!

Horrible. I went through the drive through and got 3 Doritos locos tacos and came SOAKING WET! No liquid was in the bag and it wasn't raining. Tasted like garbage!!! I was fine until my teeth meeted this! 1 star!!!

This store cares nothing about the customer. Tjey gave me a raw unfried chalupa shell..like how? The person who made that knew it wasn't hot or fried. People just don't care. But I bet they make their own food right.

Horrible service, Many waited in line for an hour. We got our food before other people who were ahead of us. We felt terrible! In the drive-through is packed and most of the employees had no idea what they were doing. I felt sorry for them.

I waited 20 minutes to be informed that they didn't have what I ordered after I finally got my food no apology or anything. Only one guy working all the big ladies just standing around

Real nice but 2 times my deserts were left off, never went back or called but I think they need better and stronger bags for the tacos or the big party 0acks etc...

The drive thru was fast and the cashier was friendly, however I ordered and paid for steak and didn't get it.
