Subway

Walked up to the door at 6:03 on a Thursday... Sign said open, lights were on. I was greeted at the door by an employee and asked if I had an online order. I replied no and was informed they were closed. At 6pm? "Yes, sorry" closed the door and locked it. Rather odd they were taking online orders but not allowing people to come in.

Tried to get dinner at 6pm . Locked door and sign saying they don’t have bread. you can see the warmer full of bread from the door. They were all walking around closing up even though they don’t close until 9 Monday-Friday. Not happy. Sat outside the location for 30 minutes and they just watched me and continued shutting down 3 hours early.

Went in for the first time since 2019. I don't even eat bread like that, but I had a memory from HS when we'd go to the subway in Union Grove before the football games and play the Arcade games. I go in... sweet onion chicken teriyaki was there. I had to. I needed to. Man I took that first bite!!! And shawt handled her business with everybody in there. She is on point with how she do.

So I pull up at location at 745p the gentleman proceeds to run. To the front door and click the close sign! Refused service pretended to be closed. Unacceptable and I will hunt down manager/owners. If you do not want to serve people you may want to find another line of work! AND FOUND ANOTHER SPOT IN SAME SHOPPING CENTER THAT WAS GLAD TO HAVE MY MONEY!!

Young kids didn't care was late in eve before close ( family got back from a event and say hey let's get subway ) food sloppy like smashed jammed extra back into it after cutting looked like my 2 yr old son made it at lunch time after he threw a fit to make it himself one kid was I guess the one in charge he had to explain each step to other kids and after kids been working weeks there as head guy made comment about his lack of sandwich marketing skills vary sad will not be back to this location 4 subs just waisted went home to wife mother and a daughter who surely expressed their desire to not eat them would hope the one guy gets help and has a better 😊 night because I know it had to be a rough one after the food I got
