On the recommendation of a friend, I stopped in for lunch on Saturday. I am returning the sound advice. I was greeted by a friendly hostess who was genuinely pleased to see me. I sat at the bar and was promptly welcomed by my server. This being my first visit, she was happy to give me time to look over the food menu, and the beer and cocktail list. I needed time. I was most impressed with the selection. The list of NC beers on drought was extensive, and while I travel the state seeking out local ales and lagers, Broad Street had several I had not experienced before.
The food menu was quite refreshing for a Burger restaurant. There were new, and creative, combinations of ingredients and toppings to consider, as well as unique appetizers that caught my eye. My server, Nina, was friendly and helpful in answering questions, as well as offering suggestions I might like. She did not hurry me and allowed me time to go over my choices. The fried cheese curds, and Little Toe and Frankie burger were perfectly cooked to order, and presented in a way that made me smile. I totally enjoyed my lunch. The quality, and price, of the food is a value, and well worth a visit. I will return.
Thank you!
Impressive beer list, great mixed drinks, and killer burgers, what more could anyone want? Great atmosphere, casual but not tacky, our party felt perfectly comfy even though we were dressed for church, for the most part. Mikey made our night, gave us great recommendations on food/drink, and just served us with aplomb. Great evening, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality casual night out.
My wife and I stopped in for dinner and were very impressed. We had the opportunity to sit by the window upstairs and enjoyed the view of downtown. The food was well prepared, tasted great and was beautifully presented. Our server was David and he was helpful and attentive. Great music too! Will eat here again next time I am in town.
We drive 30 minutes to come down to Broad Street Burger. Great food and great service! David takes good care of his customers. Bubba burger is the way to go. Wife gets the gluten free burger and loves it and the kids love it too!
We were there for a late lunch on mid-afternoon on Saturday. We were seated right away. Service was outstanding and food was delicious. I had the party melt and my wife had the mushroom and Swiss. We both enjoyed our food. Pasta salad side was awesome too. Everything was delivered to our table in a timely manner. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We will most definitely be back

Excellent burger! The sexy goat with sweet jelly + goat cheese makes my mouth water! So good! Love the loaded fries as well! Great beer selection and rotating taps! Staff is friendly- seating up and downstairs.
This is a killer place to eat. The sexy goat burger is off the funkin' hook.
Definitely recommend this to anyone who lives here or is visiting. The burgers and brats were very delicious and made fresh to order. The owner and staff were very attentive and friendly! Will be coming again!

nice place to eat ~ food was good, price wasn’t expensive, atmosphere was great...had a female singer for entertainment
Our favorite place to eat in Statesville! We love their burgers, my favorite being the “sexy goat burger.”
We ate there about two weeks ago after a good friend recommended it. Went about seven PM or so on a week night, impressed walking in the front door. Semi busy but were seated quickly. We were near the bar so the bartender waited on us. He was very nice, made good recommendations with easy explanations. Had a burger, can't recall the name, but it had an egg on it and was yummo. My wife had the Hulu burger and it is a chicken breast and she loved it. She had fries and I had root beer infused baked beans. She tried a couple of beers, all local. I had water. All very good and definitely going back with friends.
My sister and I were heading back to Hickory after a business trip and wanted to stop for food. We already had Mexican and Japanese and were looking for something different so we got on Google maps to search for nearby places. After reading off the names of numerous chains we stumbled upon the Broad Street Burger Co and instantly wanted to give it a go.
It did not disappoint. It's a cute building on main street downtown and the restaurant itself is huge. Two story in an older building that has been made modern. We were seated quickly and our food came even quicker. They even let me add pimento cheese to my classic burger.
They have a good alcohol menu and the burger was to die for. Can't wait to drive through Statesville just so we can stop there again.
Do yourself a favor, skip the chains. This place is amazing!
Amazing food, welcoming service, and overall great atmosphere. Everything on the menu looked amazing, but I eventually chose The Southern Twang chicken sandwich with fries. It was a huge sandwich that tasted heavenly with pimento cheese, fried green tomatoes, and slaw on top of the chicken. The waitresses were kind and checked on me every so often and it was great to enjoy this meal with a basketball game. I truly enjoyed the experience and food.
Had a good experience. Tenders were fresh and juicy. Fries and onion rings were cooked perfect. They also had a good variety of beers to choose from. Great place to eat in downtown Statesville.
Get the burger in the bowl and you won’t regret it. It’s the perfect lunch food that gives you the same kind of satisfaction but not the food coma if you have a long afternoon to get through. The environment is nice with some good views from the second floor
What a nice spot! Great election of classic American food, with a few twists!
I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Broad Street Fries. The chicken was okay, but the sauce and breading on it really sealed the deal. Definitely recommend! The Broad Street Fries are Hefty for one person if you order them on the side for yourself. The cheese is the most prevalent flavor, followed by a hint of bacon. I wish I would have tasted more of the bacon flavor, but the fries were still great! Be careful though, they fill you up fast.
Overall, a great spot for Statesville with a good food and drink selection!
Went here for a business lunch and was glad to see plenty of room inside, though it looks small from the outside. Service was fantastic and the burger was really tasty and juicy...everything you would want in a burger! Cant wait to be back - LOTS of great choices!
Awesome burgers. The first time I went I took a supplier who was in town to work on some projects at our factory. The mushrooms were the best ever. Lightly breaded... and the Imperial stout is the best beer I've ever had. The black and blue burger is delicious. Last night was my second time going back and everything was top notch except the mushrooms. They were coated in a very thick batter. I hope this was a "one off thing." I will continue to go back because it is hands down the best eats in Statesville. And the wait staff is attentive and very friendly and dedicated to checking in on you. 5 out of 5 stars!
