I would love to give firehouse subs a 5 star review. Their subs are the best... except when they aren't made like asked. I have maybe had my sub made right 3 times. They almost always forget my toppings that make the sub perfect... s&p, o&v, and the oregano shake😫

I was in the store recently and William made my sandwich. He was so polite and my hook and ladder was the best I’ve ever had! He made me feel so welcome into the restaurant and his customer service was top notch!

Everything turns out good and I get what I'm asking for. I always use the Rapid Rescue to get it. Just don't expect it to be at the time your email gives you. It's always 15 minutes later from that time the past 3 times I've gone. I don't know if they're just starting online orders too late or what.
