Google, yelp and Sonic’s main site states this location opens at 9:30am. Even their receipt says 9:30. Yet im told by the cashier they dont open til 10. This is aggravating, i placed my order through the app and show up now i gotta wait til 10 for my order. Cant cancel order or get a refund as per the app. Fix your management! Also i ordered the #15 premium burrito combo. And upon opening my burrito all i see is eggs and cheese jalapeño and tots, where is the meat!?! And its so friggin small… i know covid and stuff but seriously?

I ordered a quarter double pound cheeseburger and a large coke, had to repeat a lot of times into the microphone. The cheeseburger came cold and cheese was not melted at all. Looks very messy and rushed. I’m disappointed in this order and I really hope Sonic hires better people soon.

I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. The shakes were completely melted the moment I got them. I did not receive the full order I paid for, the tots were stale and there was green mold on the bread of the foot long coney. It was my first time eating at Sonics and it will be my last, it was terrible. I do not recommend this place. Thank God we didn’t get sick.

We went there for lunch and the response on the monitor was so slow I started wondering if it was even working. When I was ordering the person didn't only the order correctly even though I was pretty clear and it wasnt showing up on the monitor correctly And i pointed that out because an own I ordered wasn't showing and he said the item was there but the monitor wasn't working right. At the end of the order I asked for that item again because I didn't trust him. The order came out and of course the item i wanted was only on the order once like it showed on the monitor, not like the person was saying. I'm glad I didn't trust him and ordered that item again.
Slow service and telling me falsehoods about the monitor when he was clearly wrong.. Not a place I'd like to go to again.

The ladies are very friendly there. Seriously best customer service I've ever had at a fast food establishment. The corn dogs and shakes and tater tots. Very good.

Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food. I had to wait about 20 minutes to give my order. I had to repeat my order about 5 times and it still came wrong. Things were forgotten and the only reason I didn’t say a word was because I didn’t pay for the forgotten items and refused to wait longer for the right thing. Worst sonic experience and probably will not return.

Similar to the classic drive in places, you can pull up here and reasonably expect to get decent quality food at an affordable price. The only problem with this location is that periodically they will run out of certain items on the menu… Although, in such a case, they typically will tell you before you order, and if they don’t, they offer you a similarly priced item at no charge, as replacement. (I have other pictures, I just can’t find them!)

We don't go often, but everytime we do the staff are so nice and well mannered. The food is still fast food, but the do have fun options like tater tots and some cool milkshakes.
I just really like the professionalism and courtesy of the staff here over other fast food chains here on Staten Island.
