I ordered a quarter double pound cheeseburger and a large coke, had to repeat a lot of times into the microphone. The cheeseburger came cold and cheese was not melted at all. Looks very messy and rushed. I’m disappointed in this order and I really hope Sonic hires better people soon.

Similar to the classic drive in places, you can pull up here and reasonably expect to get decent quality food at an affordable price. We don't go often, but everytime we do the staff are so nice and well mannered. The food is still fast food, but the do have fun options like tater tots and some cool milkshakes.
I just really like the professionalism and courtesy of the staff here over other fast food chains here on Staten Island.
